basically the rumour is that they might've recorded part of the album in her house in LA and thats why they thanked her. no confirmation from the band on that rumour, at least none that i know of yet.

I'm not going to be able to get one of those seen as I don't live in London or Manchester

but ohwell I'll be able to order the CD at least :)

also I dunno if you guys saw but yesterday I did a cover of These Are My Twisted Words if you want to check it out

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sucks for anyone who lives in South America or Canada who wants one... It seems they packed the US and Europe with stores and fucked just about the rest of the world.

And since I live in New Hampshire, I will be having to travel a few hours to Boston to get one, but I can't complain.

Sorry, but I'm NOT driving to Chicago.

Carbon Retirement is the most effective method of offsetting, because it is the only way you can be 100% sure that the emission reduction you pay for will take place."

 And how, pray tell, do they plan to measure the carbon footprint of the people that will drive out of their way to get one of these newspapers? Hmm?

As I mentioned earlier, I don't think they have considered the carbon footprint of their fans. Methinks their project will produce a larger carbon footprint than they anticipated.

Great job!

Exactly... a lot of fans will travel far to get the newspaper because they won't be able to get it otherwise..

Indeed, I think if they spread out some or even added a few stands more it could have helped.

Nicely done!

Now I want to roadtrip to Sydney to get a copy of the newspaper. But I can't/won't :(

I'm curious how many copies of the newspaper will be distributed. I also wonder if they will have a per-person limit. If not, somebody could easily say they want 100 copies and then go sell them on ebay. :|

I'm sure they'll be a limit per-person. I'm still going to try and get a few of them, even if that means slipping a 20 to the person distributing it

They're not distributing it anywhere in southern US. They suck.

There's plenty of record (vinyl) stores in/around Detroit too. I mean, hellllooooooooo, Motown. Oh well, that's okay; I'll survive.

really wish this wasn't on a monday. i have a test that finishes at 12 and thats when it goes on sale. does anybody know how many copies of this newspaper they will be sending to each store?

Positive thinking, Jamie!

If you do happen to get your hands on one... you should, like, totally get one for me too :awesome:

The newspaper is free? (according to that tweet) In that case, I think they would HAVE to limit it at 1 per person.

edit: I like the little old-school spinning-newspaper animation that is now on the main page of radiohead.com. Cute. :nice:

yeah If it's that many then I'd imagine just 1 per person.

hopefully they'll make the newspaper available to download, especially for all the people that are a far distance from distribution locations.

yeah they will be gone in moments. i don't stand a chance.

then try to get there early. I'm going to try to be there like 2 hours or so before they are handed out, just to be on the safe side

I have a few friends who have agreed to try get me one. One of whom is going to be there like 4 hours before :P

hope SOMEONE can get me one.

Don't know if this has been posted already, but even then it's funny enough to post twice, no matter which part of the old/new/oldest/middle/everything/nothing divide you're on:
