stop bush

Bush coming to this country, well the lady that did her one person protest on the gates of Buckingham Palace echoed my feelings, I believe bush should not even be in power. I knew the world was going to be a different place for the worse as soon as he won his election, with such a bizarre out come, I asked my self how can you get a country of a population of 250 Plus Million to decided on the vote of 500 people, that would be less than 0.0005 % of the population which could be margin for error.

Secondly In year 2000 the world was a different place to what it was before Clinton reign (that is my opinion) Some people in the Stop the war collation my disagree with me.

Either Clinton had me blagged, like most politicians or he seemed to putting in a effort to resolve long standing issues, for example in the middle east.

Currently I reckon bush is a clear and present danger to the world population, he is a clear and present danger to world peace and stability bush is not welcome. Go Home Bush.

I completely agree with you, though I'm not a Briton and Bush is not in my country right now

I agree with a lot of what you are saying. I think Bush is definitely a danger to the world population. He would rather go in guns blazing than try to resolve problems.

Look at the disruption that was caused when he came to London - all the police were told not to take leave or be sick and the majority of forces here were put into use to protect him (even though he brings secret services agents ??) - what about the people that live here and need to be protected?

For years a lot of time and effort has gone in to promoting world peace and trying to bring it further along. Whilst this man is in power, I feel we have no chance..

clinton was a clown... But I actually trusted him with foreign policy and world security.

Bush is a gun-toting bully... his record on capital punishment speaks for itself.

Be afraid, be very afraid. In Texas no one can hear you scream...

except the freak in your avatar. How can he not hear with ears like that?

I think Bush likes war, since he has been in power, two wars have been started. Bin Laen is still out there, Sadam Hussan is still out there. The war in Iraq was started because of the issue of weapons of mass destruction and none have been found. The threat of terrorism is going to get worse not better. We (as a country) have recieved little in return from Bush, for supporting him in both wars, maybe he can spare us some oil!!!

Bush is a ignorant president, he was the main person who can up the idea for war (well besides Blair) and he sits there saying that it is working, when it is not! Soldiers are dying out there, soldiers whch in some cases are not much older than me. He declared the war over in May, it still going on now!!!!!!!

Secret serice personnel are in London and are allowed to us their guns if they think anyone is a threat to the president, well a lot of protesters may be shot then! He is not doing about that environmental policy either which again shows his ignorance.

Go Home Bush! We don't want you here!

No no, see, the war in Afghanistan, we actually had a reason for being there. In Iraq, there is absolutely none at all.

That is true. :)

I didn't realise I had such a strong opinion. :o

I don't blame people for being anti-american, other countries because of Bush now see us as evil, war-crazed maniacs. It's bad enough when people in other countries are against the war (well, not really), but when people in your own country are, that's when you can tell it's bad.

In Texas no one can hear you scream...

really

*screams*

did you hear me?

Bush is a prat, that's all. A powerful prat, I'll agree, but still a prat. :smug:

Is that how you spell prat, or does it have two 't's'? Sorry to digress ....... :/

No no' date=' see, the war in Afghanistan, we actually had a reason for being there. In Iraq, there is absolutely none at all.[/quote']

Really? I never got that clear either! And I have the same question or doubt than "themusiclover"......... how can a president be elected with such a low percentage? I mean, I still don't understand how you elect a president in the U.S.A. We have the same system than France, and I think it's the easiest; when you are above 18 you sign some things and they give you a place and number that alouds you to vote (that's optional) and you have to vote every 6 years for president, for the deputees, and the mayor and is as simpel as this: You count all the votes, disccount the invalid ones (If you marked more than one option or non) and then If form the remaining votes a candidat have 50% + 1, it's elected as the President , and If they are two very close or the mayority it's nor reached (like on the last elections) you go to a second round, and it must be, to be elected, 50% + 1 (fifty percent of the votes, plus one)

As simple as that!

^ I heard Bush cheated in the election, I'm not sure that is true though. :/

I knew the world was going to be a different place for the worse as soon as he won his election

I really wanted to go to the protest today, but I had lecture/ appt w professor in the afternoon. But I was there in spirit! I wish I could have gone when peeps in the flats next to me left for it.

Bascially he stands for a lot of things I'm against... I don't even want to get started.

Yeah I'm not even gonna get started on him but he is one of the most selfish, stupidest people I've ever seen!!! :dozey:
