there is actually such thing as alternative rap, yknow. it's pretty good (amazing) but not everyone likes rap and i understand that :(

Roaming this music thread can help you a lot too. Look here at what people's favorite artists are, the threads mostly start with a youtube video's of their songs or you find them later in the thread. If youtubing a song doesn't work, you can always try myspace or last.fm, they stream songs of artists too (although I think all of those can be found on youtube anyway :S)

 

Most of my favorites I found through music forums, at least the underground stuff that radio doesn't want to play.

We don't have iTunes, and I still wouldn't buy digital files if we did had it.

I'd like to have Coldplay's physical CDs and some other artists' that I really like.

But I know I'd just end up not playing them, just worshiping them. :D
