  • I've been a Muse fan for a couple of years now. I liked a couple of their hits but then a friend invited me to come with him to a Muse concert with him in 2013. The live experience was amazing and I h

I've heard some people say Muse are sad or even depressing but these people clearly have never heard Execution Commentary (better overlook the song title at this point ;))

that song made my day..

what a classic :D

I remeber the first time i heard hysteria , i was like :stunned: , i mean i kind of think Keane is more depressing that Muse

2 WEEKS AND 1 DAY    Woooo!

OMG Steph !!, im so excited for you

Please take lots of picks :D

I will I will!!! :D Especially of Chris! :wink3: Eeeeee i cant wait to see him in the flesh, lmao!

I don't think we're gonna try and get right to the front though, because what i've seen from videos (& heard from those who've been right in the pit) of their gigs the crowd is guarenteed to be totally insane. I don't really fancy dying at their gig :laugh4: some bands I would risk it for, lmao, but not for Muse, sorry! lol.

But wherever I am I will try and get some good piccys

Thanks Hun

And yes stay away from the front , a friend of mine broke her hand , and didnt even noticed until the gig was over :stunned: ,

And now that you said you like Chris im gonna have to post some Chris picks  sorry

OMG :drunk: that's one of my fave pics of him, wowz :wacky:

And shiiiiiiiiit she broke her hand?!?!! :shocked3: :uhoh: Wow. I'm definatley staying back! :laugh4:

Cant wait cant wait!

hello everyone im going to see muse for the first time this friday at manchester and i reckon i can arrive early enough to be right at the front of the queue so that I'm right at the front, against the barrier. however im not sure if given the opportunity i would want to be- reading some of the things ive heard (like that person breaking their hand above lol) would i have more fun being just behind the barrier people and being able to have the freedom to jump up and down etc.? ive been to a few concerts but none really that i felt worried abt being at the front. what do you guys think?

Yeah, this song always makes me laugh my ass off ! It's You Fucking Motherfucker's old brother I guess (same spirit).

Ermmm...well it really just depends on how much you can personally cope with being mega-crushed. I'm pretty good with it, but even I have had to be pulled out from the barrier one time 'cos I thought I was gonna get seriously injured, which just isn't worth it no matter which band it is.

Also the first sort of 2-7 rows are always horrible if the crowd is nuts, almost worse than being on barrier, as you have nothing to hold onto.

If you don't mind the risk of having to be pulled out and getting moved to a shitty place, then go for it. Seeing Muse from front row would be incredible.

I'd love to see Muse live one day but if that ever actually happens, I'd probably stay away from the front too. It would definitely be the ultimate Muse experience to be there in the front but I value my life too much.. But then again I might feel differently if there was a real chance I could see them live. So who knows.

WHY???!!!

I was really looking forward to buying the actual cd single with the extended version of Assassin and now it seems there'll be a live version of Supermassive on it. I love Supermassive but in all fairness, many people already have quite a few live versions of the song and Assassin would've been something bit different. And sure I'd love to buy the vinyl too if only I had some way to actually play it..

Buy it !

Seriously, I think it won't be long until someone encodes the vinyl, so don't worry, you'll get it ^^

Yes I'll still buy it, just felt a bit pissed off for a moment there. Oh well I'm over it.

On a second note, I just noticed earlier (by accident) that there are two hidden tracks on the Absolution Tour DVD. Now that was a nice surprise. :)

Im defenetly getting it  i just love the making dvd's ahahaa

Steph : I know she broke her freaking hand and she didnt even noticed !! :stunned: , she says it was worth it thought , but i mean she's like really really into muse , she says the muse crowd is worse than the metallica one

Eeeeeeeeeee Jen (Fudge on here) phoned me earlier, she was at Muse, they were playing KOC and it sounded incredible!!!! :wideeyed: She text me afterwards saying it was 'the best gig ever, hands down'.

Wooooo im so hyped!!!!

Yes !! i saw her photos , im so excited for you

To all you people talking about being at the front.....when I saw them in 2003 it was mega CRAAAAAZY in the standing area, my friend's friend fell over got trampled on, another friend was pushed around so much she was vomiting!!!! It was an incredible gig, but there are pretty hardcore people who dont care if theyre gonna pass out or anything!!!

2 weeks Steph!!!

muse at big day! as well as kasabian and the killers! woohoo!

AHHHHHHHH BITCHHHHHESS KASABIAN IS AT BDO OH MY GOODNESS

i am regretting not getting tickets so badly right now... :cry2:
