No I think it counts several times if you vote several times. If you count like 20 times in a row you can make a small difference, I think.

If it only counted once, some of us wouldn't have be blocked for a while for having voted too many times :lol:

well a proxyserver is real easy, you go to the website you want to go to, through a proxy-website, wich will cover up your IP-adress and so the website you're going to, won't be able to 'track' you. so i think it should work!

 

just google free proxy server, pick a website, enter the right URL on the website and try.

Yea, if you put the web address on a site like turbohide.com it should let you vote as many times as you want.
