I used to be a coldplayer about 3 years ago, when I were 16.

I`m pretty sure no one have a clue who I am -

But actually it doesn`t matter.

The reason I`m back here today is to share my thoughts,

and hopefully get some support or even just understanding from you guys.

 

As you can tell I live in Israel. I was born here, in a city called Ashdod.

Here it is:

 

I`m almost 19 years old now. Always been living in here,

I was born into a conflict, which I suppose you have all heard of.

Israel constantly get to defend it`s citizen vs. Hamas in Gaza.

A lot of people already died in this horrible war which never gonna end,

Gaza`s kids are having such an terrible childhood and so as Israeli kids.

 

Here are facts and not opinion :

* I haven`t been out of my house for a week now because Hamas fire rockets at my place.

* 75% of the children here don`t wanna get out of their houses because they are afraid.

* Hamas destroyed my kindergarten I used to go as a child.

* Hamas destroyed our neighborhood food store.

* Hamas destroyed the building next to my home.

* Hamas are throwing rockets at my city every 10 minutes.

* Hamas killed so many persons I know personally.

* Hamas has been throwing rockets for 12 years at Israel.

* Hamas already trown more than 12,000 rockets at Israel and it keeps growing every day !

 

How do we defend ourselves?

Well, we have only 15 seconds to find a place to hide.

15 seconds between life or death.

I appreciate this. There`s innocent people in both sides, Israel and Palestinians.

I know the Palestinians are good people, but Hamas is standing in the middle of us so this why I can`t see when this war could end.

I've "searched" answers for years, like wars or simply, violence, hurt etc. among people or any living "beings". So far, what I can share is from Buddhism or other similar "Discoveries" which tell us why we are here, and why we can't stop hurting the same kind or even seemingly unharmful creatures, nature, etc. For example, Dr. Brian Weiss'[http://www.brianweiss.org] books, such as Many Lives Many Masters or other related series, talking constantly about what Soul can learn from wars, damages and deteriorations in all kinds of levels and ways. For Buddhism, there are Causes/Effects mechanism/laws of downward loop for this endless "hurting". That's why, the spiritual ONENESS tells us we are actually part of ONE, and LOVE is the only true nature for us to understand, to connect with and to embrace as a fAith, in a sense, we are LOVE. Whenever we choose to leave or go against it, there will be pain inside creating. When you hurt others, you are hurt as well, unnecessarily for external "reactive revenge", but for it is in your Nature - you can definitely feel the pain you "create" consciously or unconsciously. Meanwhile, there are Physicians who have begun to do research in Mind-Matter Unification Field [or Third Eye related training&experiments], which may give such saying a more tangible explanation or even illustration.

 

I know such messages might not be easily reached to or accepted by earthy political leaders or even some people, but there are many manefistations already in different parts of the world. Unless we can fully understand and embrace what we truly are, to understand we don't have just one life, and we are not just gone forever after death, and what we do now affect or make the future totally, we may stop to think whether war is the action we shall take or support~ "reincarnation" has been mentioned in many old literatures, or if you are sensitive, you can track its traces from many authors [such as what Dr. Brian Weiss has cited in his books].

 

I know it is not directly or even effectively helpful if you are in a WAR or a crisis. But if the teachers, schools, journalists, authors, film makers, all kinds of media people, can start to understand how important it is and deliver the message, it may help reduce the potential wars/conflicts in the future, to plant a Peace/Love seed into children's hearts/minds [although, spiritually speaking, it is innate to us. It is just WE who forget it or leave HOME too long and get LOST].

 

So, please let more people know Dr. Brian Weiss' books [you can finish the book within one or two days, quite an easy read]. I think it shall be helpful. By my knowledge, there are many spiritual/religious practitioners/prayers/masters doing rituals/mantra or sutra chanting to wish world peace. It is the power of love and positive heart-wave.

I mean, you shouldn't be worried about getting 'flame' for it, but you should indeed care about being so ignorant.

 

It's one thing if you mean hypothetically if only the people who were firing the rockets got hit by them, that's one thing, but you meant it as a hope the rockets don't hit the distance and kill Palestinian civilians. That's pretty horrible, non?

No actually I mean the bombs shall hit the people who fire them. ^ The difference between Israel and Hamas is that Israeli Army let the civillians know when and where they are gonna bomb targets. The issue is that Hamas is using these Palestinians people for human shield, because they know Israeli Army is trying to hurt only Terrorists. This is why I care for both sides and not only for the Israelis.

Maybe after all those time they have so little to live with they might be right to say what they want.

I have great disdain for anyone who perpetuates the violence that is killing people on both sides. I hate my government for supporting Israel and by extension the murder of innocent people. I support freedom from fear for people on both sides. Nobody is winning this.
