Losing things that you never find again

Featured Replies

Has anyone else ever lost something that they've never found again, even when they've moved house/cleared the entire room out?

I'm just curious as to whether I'm going mad; I've lost four bottles of squash, three items of clothing, my girlfriend's phone and a razor, that were all put in the same place on the floor. I lock my room when I'm not in it.

Not sure it's paranormal, but it's a bit odd.

My copy of Tetris DS, unfortuantely. I'm sad... I loved that game so much.

Sorry to hear that, but I'm glad it's not just me.

I lose things all the time, some things are found again later but a lot just disappear:o Things like clothes.

Clothes, definitely. It would help if I didn't have a floordrobe to be fair.

Last summer I managed to lose my cellphone and brand new wallet on the same day. Still pretty pissed about that, and I have no idea where they could have gone.

That's pretty bad, did you lose much money from the wallet?

Just out of interest, does anyone believe that this shit is:

a) Disorganisation

b) Paranormal

c) Dimension/vortex-related?

I've lost lots of things...though I can't think of them right now...I lost a pair of really awesome earrings...though I may have lost those while traveling...and I (well, one of my siblings, actually) lost my Mario Party DS.

Once I lost all my wash things (toothbrush, soap, flannel etc.) and my retainers on the bus on the way to a local music festival :(

Years ago, and I will never forget it, I lost my favourite necklace that I wore everyday. It wasn't expensive, more sentimental. Never found it :c.
