Been through what you are going through, I know how badly it hurts... :cry: :hug: :jbcm: Remember that we are there for you if you need someone to talk to, and remember that happy days will come again ("the sun must set to rise"). Also, I am not much of a Newplay fan but I found that listening to Ghost Stories in its entirety can be helpful, it is as if you go in to AIMH as a broken person and come out at after O as a person who has been on that journey to get some closure and start to accept.
