Okay, I had to show that one to my mom, 'cause she's a HUGE Monkees fan. She got a real kick out of that performance. That was awesome.

 

(I swear, practically every single band or actor I like has made some sort of reference to the Monkees-talked about them, covered their songs, whatever. It's a really bizarre connection between my interests and my mom's, and apparently Coldplay's keeping the tradition going :p)

 

And as always, people, the pictures are nothing less than wonderful. And I quite liked that performance of "Animals"-the music in it is so intense and dark and ominous.
