Does anybody know a really good remedy besides Midol and Tylenol for cramps?? I'm like, DYING! :/

  • Author

No, i don't think we have that. I usually take Midol but it's not doing anything anymore.

the best thing is just curling up with a nice hot water bottle :) does the trick for me.

I don`t take any of that stuff anymore...it stopped working because my body got used to paracetamol...so my doctor had to put me on speical tablets a week before he told m i had depression so i have to take 2 tablets a day :/

uhhh well ya what they said.....read a book listen to some good music and eat chocolate....when all fails just try to forget about it....hope you feel better soon :)

Well..i walked down to the drug store and bought a heating pad for the pain. It's not working too well though. That's $6.47 i'll never see again. :D

drink hot tea...

  • Author

Yeah...i'm gonna make some extra hot tea, pop in a midol and i'm off to bed.

good night laura, hope u feel better soon

:D

Nothing really works for me :/ the only thing I haven't tried is stabbing myself in the stomach with a large, sharp knife. I'm sure it'll do the trick, though.

Sleep is always good, though :) Hope you feel better Laura.

well apparently stretching and exercise is good, but i can't think of anyone who could be bothered to do that while they're in such pain :stunned:

definitely hot water bottle and lots of chocolate

get well soon laura :)

The other day i walked for about 20mins and i thought that mite of helped...erm no lol

A steaming hot bath with some relaxing stuff in it like lavender oil

We have Ibalgin or Ibuprofen here in Czech Rep. and they're really very good...

I hope that some sleep'll help you, Laura ;) :)

The only thing that works for me is to forget about it/ walk it off. Excercise (but not too strenuous) really does help. You think it wouldn't, but it does. :stunned:

my friend told me that eating a bannana help. not sure if it works though, but there's no harm in trying. :P

I hate when I get cramps...I hope it passes soon!
