I still disagree, X&Y is and remains to be one of my favourite albums ever. No other Coldplaly album makes me feel the same way, but VLV might... :rolleyes:

Dont stone me but my personal opinion is X&Y - one of the greatest albums ever written. Even better than AROBTTH (though that is still great). But X&Y tops it all. Parachutes however, apart from Spies and sometimes Don't Panic I never listen to it. It's an album that's never done anything for me. I dont know, it's too mellow I guess and Yellow has always sounded rather plain to me.

I want to hear the full unedited thing - now! This clip has made me very hungry. Normally i'd be really interested in tracklisting methods and what effects it has on the album (which is really interesting and for Chris, funny) but when there's a new and possibly best song off the album dangling in front of you, you just couldn't care less!

X&Y definately, it's moved me like no other. I dont get why so many are against it. Mine goes in order of release so far 1. X&Y 2. A Rush Of Blood To The Head 3. Parachutes So understandably if this trend were to continue then Viva la Vida should be pretty darn good!

What? What I've heard of VLV is the closest to "rock" they've ever done! Violet Hill is thier heaviest song yet! Or do you want them to go back to such brutal headbangers as Sparks or We Never Change?

I tried avoiding a leak for an album I highly antisipated last year. Didn't work. In the past I would've avoided leaks and waited until release date to rush up to the CD store and listen to my brand new album! Was the greatest feeling. But nowadays we've entered the digital age and all my nearby CD stores have closed down and I've been ordering all my CDs and Vinyl from overseas. which takes about 2 weeks or so to reach me. I've pre-ordered the gatefold CD and 12" so I can listen probably I wont be able to hold off 2 weeks after everyone's heard the record. But I find myself spending every minute of the last few months thinking of this record (subconsiously at times though!). But I just cant stand it anymore. EVERY DAY I've been logging on hoping the thing has leaked and it never does. Still, it's not like we'll NEVER hear it, is it?

Looking back from the release date we'll think that the wait was really quick! But now it's seems like it's taking forever! Like waiting for your birthday!

It's too much of a coincidence that two completely seperate people would say that this is Lovers in Japan. I'm thinking Debs comment may have been misenterpreted somehow.
