i'd kill to hear some of the older stuff live! i wonder if they'll ever do songs like "careful where you stand" and "only superstition" and "see you soon" live again...

the thought of that many people in one high school class actually terrifies me. i guess it's just what you're used to. but i go to a small uni now, and it seems HUGE to me compared to my high school!

ugh, the caps...i hated them. i had to cut a slit in the back of mine because it was too small to fit on my huge head...we're missing two in that pic as well, but they're jerks, so it hardly matters. i loved having a small class as well! how many people do you have in like, your math class, for example? do you have a very small number? we had like 5 people per class, so in college having like 15 is overwhelming! this was my senior english class:

ahh, yes, also if you scroll down on the official tour dates page, they list the shows, probably in chronological order, AFTER july. august it is...if i miss them i will explode.

gossip girl is really teenyoppery, and its exactly the sort of show i hate ...but i kind of watch it. i dont know WHY i watch it--i actually started out mocking all of my friends that did, but then my best friend was like "you HAVE to watch it" (and he's a guy...), so i checked it out, and for some reason i wasn't repulsed. i think i just like the outlook, so i can learn how to NOT act like that. and the clothes are great too (but i dont like blair's style...sorry annie).

oooh, that is cool! i think amnesiac is an unusual favorite, though. i'm pretty sure radiohead wasnt in the grammys because of like, a cut-off release date. it was technically released jan 1. 2008, and i think that's too late for the most recent grammys (but i could be wrong). if i'm right, we have next year to look forward to! i think it'll definitely be up for a bunch. no question. it's so well received and so critically acclaimed! what, where?! god, i hope i can make it...

if they come in late august, i have to be in school probably! well, i might be able to cut out to philly for a night. but i'm hoping for mid to late may for NYC. and i hope theyre doing either madison square garden (MSG), or at the smallest, the MSG theater, because if they do just some club or ballroom there wont be very many tix...

yep, my backyard! it was such a yucky day that day too...and FREEZING (this was last october), but i was not about to be seen in my yearbook with a winter coat. all the other ones from the shoot i look absolutely freezing.

oooh, never mind what i said yesterday about pennsylvania and snow!! today i woke up and went outside, and we have like four inches. i know that's not much, but hey, this aint toronto. and its pretty!

awww, apple has a space between her two front teeth just like chris!! i'm kind of surprised that neither kid has curly hair like chris's though. and i love love love that gwyn and chris spend so much time with apple and moses and dont just ship them off with a nanny or whatever most of the time. i think that a good number of the paparazzi shots we get of chris and gwyn these days include their kids in them. while the paparazzi are disgusting and invasive, and i know this is just the sort of thing that gwyneth and chris dont want, its rather nice that they seem to be a family of four rather than a family of five (including a full-time nanny).

will definitely start that club with you, briggs. i'm actually wondering why i didnt vote for that song to be eliminated earlier. it's probably my least favorite on the album, even though that means nothing considering that album is pure gold. and sorry about not seeing the pre-posted list of survivor order! i guess i'm not really voting again till in rainbows, then, because i'm not really a muse fan, and HTTT and amnesiac don't get me enough to persuade me to make educated votes. well, besides there there, but i have a feeling that's going to win the HTTT survivor anyway.

gah, i miss snow. in connecticut we get a decent amount (though not as much as canada), but now i'm in central pennsylvania for uni and the weather seems perpetually grey and rainy. it snows here sometimes, but not too much i guess. it makes me sad...AND we havent seen the sun in like a week.

haha, hopefully they'd pic a less horrid pic that depicts the whole band. there are some winners that they could use if they must put out the damn thing. sometimes i look at photos of thom from the pablo honey/the bends era and then from the in rainbows era (now) and am stunned that it's the same person...

earlier today, there was a (decently cute) guy in my room helping my roommate with photoshop on the computer. we got to talking about barack obama, and i showed him my barack obama banner on my wall. he got to eyeing my other posters and said "dude, you like coldplay? that's a sick X&Y poster" and proceeded to tell me about the coldplay poster currently for sale at the poster sale on campus that i should go buy: (though everyone has this one and i currently have no room for it. though i might buy it anyway...:sneaky:) too bad he's dating my neighbor, though... there's also a kid on my floor that vaaaaaaguely looks like guy berryman. he's got the same hair and kind of similar facial features. i dont see him much, though. damn.

i don't really need a mug (i'm eyeing a radiohead one already), and i'd never use the plate for fear of breaking/scratching it, so i've decided to go with this instead: that would look brillo on my wall. i'm going to order it soon!
