it doesnt make everything better for me, to buy something when i feel down, but it kinda worked a bit yesterday. i'd been eyeing this one bag and i had such a bad day that i just went in and bought it. i felt a bit better for a while.

AROBTTH can fix anything for me. i was kind of down on myself last night because i have so much work to do and would really like to just go home. i dont get like this very often, but when i do i immediately plug in AROBTTH and it honestly makes me feel twenty times better. with the first few notes of politik i was feeling better (and that's my least favorite song on the album!), and by the end of warning sign i was asleep. god i love coldplay.

it IS very exciting! i love rocketry to death; i was such a little rocket nerd as a kid. but its not so exciting when i've got to pull the boys out of the classroom by their ears because theyre so obnoxious and won't listen to me (i'm rather young and don't have much physical presence). and it's not very exciting when i end up lighting myself on fire. well, that actually is exciting, just not fun. better me than the kiddies, though. as for me being a uni student--i dont actually want to be here, i never really did. i only went to uni because it's kind of unheard of around here NOT to go, and i'm really terrified of ending up in a low-paying, dead end job that i can't live like i want to off of. i just want to get on with life, want to fast-forward through my college education and see where i end up at the end. i have no interest in going through the motions: i just want the damn degree so i can go on to the next thing, whatever that is.

what a moron. i don't see how anyone can rag on chris for being who he is: he's such a good person. i've never even heard of this tosser, and to me that says it all.

haha, i try. when i drive, i sing along to everything soooo loudly... today i was singing "motion picture soundtrack" (my current absolute fave), and it didnt sound too too bad, but it probably would make other people drop dead :dead: but anything decently mid-range to low i can do. i'm crap at the high stuff.

:laugh3: haha, that's pretty hilarious, but also total bullshit for people like us. we TRULY like radiohead and arent pretending just to be elitist and isolationist and interesting. i must admit that it took me a few tries to really get into them, but now that i am i can never look back. and i feel as though i DO know what i'm talking about with them, thank you very much!! and "Studies have shown that 95% of Radiohead fans have no idea what they are blathering about"? i think that number is GROSSLY overestimated. i would say its more like...40% maybe.

still not voting, anna? its impossibly hard for me as well, but i feel its my right and duty as a radiohead fan.

i hardly even thought of chris being busy as a factor in the whole pregnancy thing; i was just going on the fact that she said they werent planning anymore for at least a while. and because theres no evidence that this is true. celebrities can go to hospital for other reasons than pregnancies and drug addictions and eating disorders, contrary to what the media seems to believe.

eh, well if she's pregnant, i doubt she'd be showing yet. her little hospital extravaganza was only three weeks ago. not that i really believe she's preggers. yet, at least.

i liked that firefox has the correcty thingy, but i can't get it to work properly on my computer. more than spelling words wrong, i just generally leave out apostrophes (most of the time) and am too lazy to go back and fix them. and i never capitalize i.

over the summers i teach middle school boys elementary physics and rocketry. for the past 8 months, i worked as a receptionist at a doctor's office. i'm now a uni student. i would really like to write novels and movies for a living, but i think i'd be relatively satisfied working in publishing or something, like being a book editor. but i'm majoring in american studies with a concentration in mass media and pop culture, so who knows where that will bring me.

i love hitchhiker's guide as well. its absolutely hysterical! that book seems to influence my two favorite artists, coldplay and radiohead :D

heh, i do too, but if i see a mistake like that in my post, i usually either correct it while i'm typing or edit the post. i'm just a geek like that. when i'm really tired, i type words that i don't mean to type, usually ones that have nothing to do with the word that i want to say. one time i was typing an essay late at night and when i looked at the screen, the last line i typed read "MUST TAKE OVER." it was actually kinda freaky :laugh4:
