I don't think that was supposed to be a tracklisting, but merely a list of potential tracks that they were considering for the album. I don't remember Prospekt saying at that point that they had finished recording even (this was before we found out about Glass of Water and Poppy Fields).

I lurked from about february 2006, to find out the names of B-sides to download to complete my coldplay collection :D. Then I joined a few months later in may, started posting frantically later that year, then I kinda stopped for a while until about mid 2007. I resumed posting when Prospekt started saying stuff.

I listened to the new one minute previews, I think I might be liking what I hear a little bit better, but its still not grabbing me like their other stuff. I think the whole dance / saxophone theme is leaving me a bit disconnected from the music this time around, maybe. That and the fact that some of the tracks just seem a little... boring to me. I know Sam's Town was probably a bit overblown sometimes, but I think I prefer that sound better somehow. Having said all that, I do like the sound of Losing Touch, The Dustland Fairy Tale, and This Is Your Life better than last time. Joy Ride and The World We Live In, however... not sure about those at all. I don't think its going to be a bad album, but I was hoping for something on par with their first two *shrug* I think I should just shut up until I hear it in full.

Oh my god, I sure hope this gets released - this is almost like knowing a coldplay track exists and not hearing it :wideeyed: The shouting random phrases part sounds a little odd but it still sounds interesting. Hard to believe its taken more than 41 years to get heard though.
