  1. ^Quite imaginable. If there is any medium problem ou shortcoming of another nature, the writer will come up with something to circumvent it or write bearing these constraints in mind in the first place.
  2. :/ Well, still excited to see the end of a very skillfully written and performed series :D I thought John was going to announce a CP TV series, though.
  3. Finished watching Hannibal. I had imagined I would be scared or grossed, but surprisingly, I wasn't. I actually found the series very interesting and am looking forward to the next season.
  4. Very nice and interesting article about John: http://www.popmatters.com/column/175907-the-master-of-comedy-writing-john-finnemore/ I really like it how the author emphasises John's skilled writing.
  5. Downton Abbey and Elementary (I wonder why I even bother because I don't even like these series).
  6. Hello, Sarah :) How nice that you're getting Editors. They are very good! If you're willing to get no know more about the band, I'd suggest that you listen to their second album, An End Has a Start. It's not very similar to their latest album, imo, but this will give you a very good idea of what the band is more famous for. And it's a great album in any case. After that, you could listen to their debut album, The Back Room, which bears some similarities with ANHAS. Hope this is useful somehow and have an awesome show! I've heard a lot of good things about their live performance.
  7. Some photos on the BBC One website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/galleries/p01dj7k3 Not completely spoiler-free, so be advised. And bloody hell, air the series already :bomb:
  8. BBC One Trailer with a bit of Sherlock S3: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThHEcmDBXpg]Original British Drama 2013: Trailer - BBC One - YouTube[/ame]

    ^ :wtf: Oi, Cris :cheesy:
  10. Why not? If you can, listen to JFSP. It's also very good. John Finnemore is an amazing writer and the cast is very good! Some of those are mine too, like the 500 things to do before you're 30 (both the sketch and the YT video) and the fish/Neptune one. And the museum tour for five-year-olds (I love those in that format). I also love the Jekyll and Hyde one, the specialer and specialer one, nobody knows, the awesome one. Now I can't get the goldfish one out of my head :P
  11. Brilliant! Do you have any favourite sketches? I like it that everybody used the  smilley
  12. Anybody else excited about JFSP series 3? http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b039ctgm
  13. I finished listening to the first three series a couple of days ago. It's amazingly funny and well written! Can't wait to check the following episodes from season 4 :D
  14. I thought you were talking about the forum as well  But I checked the main site and it indeed looks great. Everything seems more organised as well. Thank you so much!
  15. You're not wrong, but it's just a banner, which isn't even permanent. I think it looks cool and I appreciate whoever has made it. I don't think just because one single banner is displaying only Chris that we think Coldplay is a one-man band. No offense, but I think you could profit from chilling out a bit.
  16. Just go for it :) It's a great book!
  17. Windhaven, by George RR Martin and Lisa Tuttle. I was quite annoyed to see GRRM using the same tricks (I've read the published books of ASOIAF and some short stories by him). The first quarter of the book is also quite bland, but it's now getting more interesting. To be perfectly honest, I'm finishing it because it's not possible for me to not finish a book once I started.
  18. Hi, Olivia, welcome! To understand how Coldplaying works (which is fairly easy), just go through the existing threads, answer them if you want or make a new thread about some topic that hasn't yet been discussed. This will just flow efortlessly. If you have any questions, you can ask in the thread I'm a NEW MEMBER. I have Questions!!! or, more generally, you can go this section of the board. You can also ask specific members if you want, as stated above, or someone from the administration and/or moderation team (who the mods are can be seen rolling down to the bottom of the page). To talk to members, you can click on their screen names. This way, you go to their pages, where you can talk to them. (Or you can continue using this thread.) Also, try to use already existing thread whenever possible, unless what you want to talk about/ask hasn't been adressed yet. Welcome again and have fun! :nice:
  19. Thanks for the review! :D 121212 concert was definitely a highlight for me, but December was full of them! Let's indeed hope next year is ful of LP6 news cof and cof a Latin America cof tour cof cof Thanks again and happy 2013 everyone!
  20. If you liked Time is running out, maybe you could listen to Absolution, the album this song is from. To me, it's a good way to be introduced to Muse, since it comprises themes and sounds that bear some resemblance to the previous and following albums. It's a great album anyway :)
  21. Sorry, but in all honesty that wasn't entirely clear in the post. Maybe the implication that only Lounge people could vote wasn't the only reading available, but what you actually meant wasn't very clear. Basically, same here. I thought I had Orkut, if anyone remembers what it is.
  22. Wow, seems to be quite a thorough review! Thank you! As I type I haven't decided yet my favourite November event, but *least* favourite was these meanies cancelling Latin America Tour (:P)
  23. Well, as far as I can see, no one is denying that Tash does a great (to say the least) job as a mod and site editor. I think people are just concerned about someone who'd been around for years and suddenly isn't an active member anymore. It's not my place to ask, but I just think one thing doesn't imply the other. :)
