all the songs will be different and all will be very good... but 42 seems to be the best song on the record and escapist seems to have the same theme as LiT but maybe with lyrics.. so I'd say 42 and escapist

the interesting thing of the game on coldplay.com is the image on the background... where talk video is, we can read the lyrics of "Reign of Love" and there are even titles of excluded songs like poppy fields and prospekt's march and postcards etc...

I realized reading an article it's really just an instrumental on the album, but 'escapist' has the same theme doesn't it? escapist will have its lyrics (including "baby it's a violent world") probably... the rough cut is great

it's not the old coldplay anymore and we could feel a bit nostalgic... that's true, but first of all they said the first 3 albums are a complete trilogy and they just want to change from that.. secondly they can't repeat themselves another time and I'm happy for that personally... their talent is big enough to do something different that remains great anyway viva la vida is their best achieve IMO VIVA LA COLDPLAY!

hopefully there will be a video if viva la vida is the second single.... maybe the video in barcelona's church is for it! an amzing video for an amazing song!!! I can imagine the light through the windows of the church, just what I think when I hear the song: much light from everywhere

Viva la vida as single will be just a good choice, maybe 42 is even better... we don't know apart locust :D well, maybe they're going to release different singles in different countries?? I've understood they want to make people hear all the tracks not only the singles as it normally happens with an album... it's incredible like Violet Hill disappears in my head after hearing viva la vida...
