Opening shouldn't be a problem: http://filext.com/file-extension/MTD I have never needed that so I don't know about possibilities to convert... but your friend google can surely help you with that? :idea2: If there is a print option with the viewer program, you can print it as a .pdf file.

Debs has talked in some BBC documentaries... you could listen to "Freefalling" for example to hear her telling the story how she first met them. She worked for Universal Records at that time.

There's an easy solution: Use Mozilla and install the add-on Adblock Plus. I never see ads on here!

Yes, there's a .co.uk site as well which makes it easy for UK people to order them online. http://toms-shoes.co.uk/ It has other designs as well!! :awesome: I'd prefer to try them on first however because I'm between 2 sizes. :shrug: I like the way they look a lot and I trust you when you say they are comfortable! There are shops in Paris as well, I might try to go to one in June when I'm there.

Thank you! I hadn't heard about them before but "one for one" is a great philosophy. No shops near where I live but I'll check them out in London next time I'm there! They really look comfy and I like that they have a leather insole.

The funniest thing in that club were the toilets actually. There is one big cabin with two toilets so friends can talk there!! :lol: I'd never do that but it was funny to see that "double cabin". My friend even took a pic of it! Going to bed now, have a nice evening!
