when is LP7 expected? next year? because I have loved what I've heard of this record! :)

I am so down to get this on DVD, totally awesome

the November 25th anniversary issues have a selection of artists, CP, Damon Albran, Liam, Noel, Elbow, Dizzie Rascal, etc.... you have to order them and I am sure stores will get random ones, but I just wanted the Coldplay cover, should be out soon in Canada - unfortunately we get delayed

Gaga has overdone herself in my opinion. Katy Perry can still stay relevant because she isn't TRYING to stand out, she just does, whereas Gaga has to dress up like a man at the MTV-VMAs - no doubt she is being creative, but it's a little much. Bad Romance definitely isn't that great simply because I find that the tracks should end just over 3 minutes, not just around 5...

well I look forward to that issue as well because it has the cover album of Achtung Baby, and from what I've heard it's a great tribute!

^ it could just because Rihanna is on it and the r&b elements appeal to people not only in Coldplay's music taste, but also a Rihanna fan as well, and considering in the US that's where it would hit, and Lord knows the radio over-kills everything these days *Adele* *cough*

Coldplay (particularly Chris) have started rumors of possible splits, but it's far from the case. They're all mates, friends and musicians and it wouldn't make sense for them to stop, let alone their record deal isn't done yet...so there will definitely be more on the way. As for LP6, I don't know what to think, and I don't want to think anything. This is the time of Mylo Xyloto and I think this graffiti era is really creative and colourful, just like the album - so enjoy it while we can because soon it will be gone! :)

I made this after watching Charlie Brown on Letterman, thought it was funny for all the people who dislike Mylo Xyloto - Chris will come after them

1- A Rush Of Blood To The Head - so perfect all the way through 2- Mylo Xyloto - love it. It's a love story, and I'm in love 3- X&Y - close to Mylo, but Mylo sounds more different 4- Parachutes - I do love this album, had to place it here 5- Viva La Vida - as good as it is, the other records just have something more, and the title track was murdered by the radio

well when you think about it, Car Kids, Golden Arrow, Great Expectations, Rex, Tomorrow, among others, there is enough there

I love CSC, I wish it was a stand alone track.

the quality of the leak isn't too great. the final copy once we all get our hands on it i am sure will sound much better!

I like this in regards to it leading to the end of the record! it's fun, and DLIBYH is a fantastic song

It is getting mixed reactions because I do want to say I really do enjoy it. Yes, it may sound overproduced, but as different as HLH is live from the studio, that's the whole point, the live experience is supposed to be different. I saw their free show in Toronto and HLH and Charlie Brown, and UATW were sensational, but the album versions are special too. In terms of Paradise, ETAW and PoC, I kind of wish it wasn't Rihanna and just Chris, but hey - it isn't THAT bad...they just need more Chris. I LOVE the interludes, particularly A Hopeful Transmission. I am on the fence about Up In Flames. It kind of bores me with the tempo of the album. I feel Mylo grabbed me with the title track right off the bat more than VLV. As great as Viva is, and I do like it, don't get me wrong, but I am much more infactuated with Mylo Xyloto then I was with Viva. I can't rake it, and I hate comparing it to previous albums because I appreciate the lads are changing and wanting to be different. The thing with Coldplay, is that they don't sound like anyone else, and they never will. And with the progression of their albums, I don't think they repeat themselves. I like this album for it's piece as a whole. I won't rake it. Just like I never ranked Viva. The guys put on a great live show, and Chris said this album was 'colourful' - that it definitely is. That's my honest opinion, after about 4 listens. Disagree with me all you want, but hey, everyone is going to take what they want from it, good or bad! I just like seeing and talking to people about Coldplay, even if I clash with them

frankly, I love it. It just captured me much more than Viva La Vida did. the sound is what Chris said in his Rolling Stone interview, it's colourful, that's what I wanted, and I think this album delivered, one of the years standouts

we just have to wait...again :P let's be happy with Mylo, because I am.

i like the alien-like feel. it's spacy and driving. it's amazing. Mylo Xyloto really does compliment it though, which is lovely

I got it! today will be perfect. I missed my bus to get to class in Toronto, so now I will be late, but this is worth it!

it says that leak only had 13 songs, when MX has 14...

with Rihanna this song is going to be huge on the radio
