Who doesn't love the Beatles !? My favourite Beatles album is the White Album but I think their most important album historically was Sgt. Peppers, whre they set an entire new direction for music (period).

great country Just got back from a trip to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. I'd visited Cape Breton some years ago but this was my first time to the south shore. Incredibly beautiful! As is the drive along the St. Lawrence River and south through New Brunswick. I live in the Ottawa Valley (not too shaby itself). I've lived all over southern Ontario, in cities, villages and in the country, and visited lots of Canada, from the east coast to the west. We are so lucky here to have such a vast and awesome landscape. My real name is Jerome. I have 2 unpopular opinions that are relevant: 1) I think hockey should be banned becasue is glorifies violence; and 2) I think that the recreatioinal use of snow-mobiles should be banned because they waste fossil fuels, pollute unnecessarily and corrupt the silence of the country-side with noise. (Did I not say these views were unpopular?) I listed my favourite (note Canadian spelling) things about Canada earlier in this thread. Anyway, it's a pleasure to see the Canadian Coldplay fans representing our great dominion.

staggering expenses and their choices I can't imagine having to pay just the electric bill for one Coldplay gig. Let alone the cost of transportation for all the staging and sound equipment and 85 crew members. The mind boggles! What isn't fair is taking the gross figure from ticket sales and assuming the band gets all that. As for length of setlist, I've been to some concerts where I was very disappointed with the number of songs performed. I think Coldplay is super generous with their performance time and the time they give to their fans in general (even though I'm still waiting for my personal invitation to meet them). Is it fair that Roadie #42 gets to spend all that time with them!? What about the other roadies, but more importantly, what about ME !? We, the Coldplayers, are lucky that our band doesn't say things like "Who cares if anybody in Amercia listens? Fuck America!" (one of the Gallaghers) Coldplay try to give back to their fans and make thier fans feel good about being fans. It really doesn't matter much to me if they play 15 songs at one venue and 17 at the next. I'll leave that up to them. They are the artists. It's their show, after all. Having said all that, I do think there's a lot of room for improving fairness in how tickets are distributed, but that has little to do with the band and everything to do with the "corporation".

Sectiom C4 Row M tickets Loving Colplday and all things Scottish, I'm considering the trip from Canada for this gig. The only tickets offered now on Ticketmaster are C4 row M - can someone tell me how good or bad those seats would be? I'm assuming the GA would involve waiting in line a long time and then a mad rush to gt a spot - am I correct there? Thanks!
