Ah, ok. Wasn't sure if the Karakura Superheroes were considered filler stuff since I kinda felt like I've seen him in the manga before. Tho I don't follow it now.

i quite liked Steam Boy, for the standalone anime movies. else can't really go wrong with any other Studio Ghibli movie, imo.

thanks for the encouragement. heh :D it's not really "daunting" in a bad way. it's more that my inventory of shows to watch is starting to really pile up. there's a few others which i haven't quite started on yet sitting around at home. which character is Allison Janney? i'm still trying to familiarise myself with who's who. :embarassed:

my experience with those "signature on delivery" types is that they ALWAYS choose to drop by during normal working hours. & some will only do a re-delivery during working hours. :rolleyes:

heya beans! *yawn* imo, Saturday is always skiving day when you gotta work, esp in the corporate world! cos just about everyone else is on a 5-day Mon-Fri work week anyway... :lol: i used to resort to bringing my laptop with me to work when i'm on duty on Saturdays & watch House or West Wing in my little corner cubicle when i've cleared my work & not doing my rounds in the hotel. :P

There must be a lot of people asking questions about it now. They also said they will arrive at least 5 days prior to the event which is fine for me (and Perrine :D)! i got that email too (this is the 2nd time i'm getting it already). but the thing is i long ago arranged for my ticket to be Box Office Collection. i suppose they are mass mailing it out to everyone who bought a ticket? :\ i did call TicketMaster to look at the possibility of mailing it out to me instead, but that didn't seem feasible ultimately cos of my travel plans. the last thing i'd need now is for my ticket to be mailed to me in Malaysia when i'm already in UK! but i don't think that's possible, since i'd have had to top up the difference had i authorised the change in arrangement...& i haven't seen any additional charges by TicketMaster in my credit card bill so far. :thinking:

yeah, i know. but i don't like it still. cos it can go pretty OT. tho i did like the episodes with the ghost hunting magician that everyone was all into at his school & even Rukia was doing that X gesture with the hands...if that can be considered filler stuff.

i just finished season 1 of West Wing & i'm loving it so far! :D ...tho it looks like i've got quite a ways yet. another 6 seasons to go. daunting. :P

hmmm...i seem to recall seeing a Viva La Vida CD+DVD+poster set on sale already in a shop in Singapore. 'cept it's not really an "Asian release" as much as a "for China market" release, imo. tho my memory could be playing tricks on me...it was a whiles ago when i saw it.

i've kinda fallen behind big time, actually. i'm right now at the Hueco Mundo arc where they've gone to rescue Orihime from Aizen's stronghold. i believe i've got a ways to go yet before i get to the point i end up waiting week after week for a new episode. tho i'm starting to wonder if they might've made the same mistake as Shaman King of making the baddie seem way too powerful for the storyline's own good. "2nd one" as in GitS 2: Innocence? my friend & i tried very hard to watch it, having loved the GitS: SAC series, but the 1st few minutes were such a bore that we never got round to finishing it... :\

aye...the anime can get pretty filler-happy & go totally off track from the main story for a while. which i don't like.
