  1. And if you do not respect pop music at all, you're an idiot?
  2. I'm on the verge of saying Ceremonials is actually better than Lungs. :surprised:
  3. I posted this in like a hundred other threads, but fuck it...it's Us Against the World :awesome:
  4. Oh, so it is this Juanita who is featured in the song...good for her. Anyway, you should really pay more attention to Coldplay, you'll discover emotions you have never been aware of, like discovering a brand new colour or something. At least that was the case with previous albums. But this MX still retains some of that power. And yeah, welcome.
  5. I always defended Coldplay when people called them gay so I'm rather puzzled now, having read about Martin's love for Katy Perry's music.
  6. Perhaps I do, but that's not the point. The supremacy of the songs I mentioned over Paradise and such is not questionable, whether you like acoustic songs or not. OR, if you do not see them as superior to the rest, you certainly can't exclude them from what is considered the better half of the album.
  7. While it may indeed be their weakest yet, I thoroughly disagree with what you say are the only good songs on the album. Paradise? Puh-lease. That's exactly one of the reasons that make MX a flop, not the other way about. And where are UATW, UFO, UWTB? They're certainly among the strongest tracks on the album.
  8. I Ran Away, Amsterdam, Glass of Water, UATW
  9. Has anyone already mentioned....Ceremonials? :dazzled:
  10. They're really nothing special.
  11. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - part 2 6/10
  12. UATW & UWTB :wacky:
  13. Only if For A Night, Never Let Me Go, Spectrum, All this And Heaven too, Seven Devils, Strangeness and Charm...Oh, Flo
  14. I just skimmed through their discography and yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is their worst song up to date. Let's just hope it can't get any worse in the future.
  15. You are really bored, aren't you?
  16. Deserves at least 7/10. Cannot beat UATW,UWTB or CB though.
  17. How does one become a moderator? Don't want to be one, just bored.
  18. Have listened to the album a couple of times and already I'm in awe of it. It's a little bit early to say whether it can exceed the brilliance of 'Lungs', but it is most certainly a decent successor. My favourites are Only if For A Night, What the Water Gave Me, Seven Devils, All This and Heaven too. But the rest of the album is just as miraculous and worth paying attention to. Perhaps Lover to lover and Breaking Down stand out a little bit, but really nothing to be ashamed of. Yes my fellows, Flo did it again. Luckily, I haven't pre-ordered MX or anything, so now I shall have money to buy this music marvel.
  19. Up With The Birds - Coldplay
  20. Shut up!! Those sighs gave me shivers. It's the best thing they've come up with so far and it's such a vast improvement in comparison with wa-wa-wa para-para-la-la-la-la-ooooooooh repetition thing.
  21. What the flying fuck?! I've come across something like that in several articles and I still cannot fathom the point of that statement. How can that possibly be the reason to dislike a band, or a person? Well, whatever.
