Is anybody reminded of songs from 007 movies, especially How You See The World?

You'll Need 5 Guitars to Play 6 Coldplay Song
Yep they do, there're guys off-stage who keep handing them guitars  ... Even within a song e.g. Jonny changes from an accoustic to an electric during The Scientist. And from song to song I've noticed the brands (and sound quality) of the guitars are different. Can't tell you what brands they are though... Not a guitar player :P

Your least favourite Coldplay song
Really? I Ran Away missed the cut because of A Whisper? OMG... They missed a gem. Joins :bigcry:

The "Spot The Chav" Thread
I hate to do this, but we even have our very own chav-looking artistes... I introduce to you, the hip-hop duo Too Phat! They're quite talented, and soft actually... can sing up nice harmonies and don't have the typical bad-ass attitudes. But they look just so chav... Single-handedly helped spawn chav culture here. For the responsible culprits, look no further...

The "Spot The Chav" Thread
Yeah, we've totally so many chavs here, especially in our capital... They're mostly harmless types though... Just kids with too much bling, too much time and too few things better to do :D They probably wouldn't beat you up on the street

Little stupid things about other countries that piss you off
- do you like to read?
Love to read... Fav books I'd recommend: Lord of The Rings (yes cliche, but they're so good) & Life of Pi (Yann Martel). Utterly stunning!- Things on X&Y that remind you of other songs/albums
What other music does X&Y remind you of? Here's my list: :D - Square One Will’s snare at 2:30 – Radiohead’s Hail To The Thief. Song “There, There”. Last 2 snare-rolling motifs - Square One The guys singing “O-o-oh, Who-O-o-h…” at 2:20 – Kasabian’s singing style on title album e.g. “Club Foot” / “Reason Is Treason” / “Processed Beats”. - X&Y baseline, especially around 3:00 - Karma Police (Radiohead, OK Computer). "I lost myself..." part baseline starting from about 2:45 - The Hardest Part "I could feel it go down..." - Wild Honey (U2, All That You Can't Leave Behind) "You could go there if you please... Wild honey" - Twisted Logic Opening melody "Some light..." - Hunchback of Notre Dame theme song "Someday..." - How You See The World the 3-chord "la ti do" guitar progression just before "It's how you see the world..." in the 2nd half of the choruses - A Beatles song: Imagine? (somebody help me... :P )- Little stupid things about other countries that piss you off
Wha??? WTF!!! You mean you'd rather have us SCREAMING AT YOU ALL THE TIME LIKE THIS?????!!!!! How would you like to start WWIII?- Guess the song!

Due to our history, all current and former British colonies drive on the left... So that includes Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia & Singapore, etc.- Officially pointless Coldplaying word association thread

An Asian Indian snack called "muruku"- The NAME GAME!
Sugarbabes :wink3:- Google Earth
It's not downloadeable... It's just a link to the website- just click on it and it'll bring you there ;)- CHANGE OF CONTENTS FOR THE NEXT ALBUM
This band deals with emotions... All their work so far have been about feelings and stuff and their lyrics have always been oblique. To write the kind of deep album you're talking about would require them to be far more precise and specific, which they've always avoided on their songs... They voice their opinions via other channels e.g. MTF. I think they have consciously decided not to make overt protest music and also not to mix their main work i.e. making music with politics. It would be interesting I admit, but I think they've decided it just wouldn't be "Coldplay"- The NAME GAME!
Hey... that did not start with "h" (see berrywoman's post ;)) Let's start again from there h- Hives - do you like to read?
