Good question! I'm seeing them both nights in Chicago and will be watching eagerly for replies to this. Just curious though, I won't be able to "stalk" them Saturday night. My 8 year old daughter and a new-mom friend of mine are coming to the Saturday show with me. They'll both want to get home soon after the concert. But then on Sunday, my teenage son is coming with. I heard Chris say in a couple interviews recently that he can tell during a concert if a song is well liked by the audience by how many people leave to get a hot dog during the song. From the stage, if he looks out into the audience, everything is dark except for the small rectangles of light at the back of each section in the arena (doorways) where people can get to the bathrooms and concessions. If he can see the lights well, he knows people are staying in the arena to enjoy the song. If the lights are blocked, he knows people are going through the doors, like to get a hot dog, and they don't like the song much. It's one of the ways they eliminate unpopular songs early in a tour, and test out new, unrecorded songs. They never officially recorded Moses after playing it live, so that's why I figured it failed the hot dog test. [emoji39] Sent from my SCH-S960L using Coldplaying mobile app

I love how happy Chris is now despite the personal trauma he went through in the past few years. I remember when the news of his "conscious uncoupling" came out, and then the somber tone of Ghost Stories, where you could feel how sad he was during much of the time he wrote GS. I went to an MX concert in late 2012, and it was so sad to think back on that concert later on, knowing that his marriage was falling apart and he was in turmoil, even though he put on a happy face to make sure the show was still great for the fans. I respect and appreciate him so much for that. Now that he's picked himself up, dusted himself off, and is truly enjoying life again, I'm really looking forward to seeing them live again next month. I'll know then that his excitement and happiness on stage comes from a good place within, and not just making the best of it. He's an inspiration!

Unfortunately it's unlikely to meet them after a show. They usually leave immediately after the last song and get driven away from the venue before people are even done clapping. This is so they don't get trapped in traffic along with everyone else trying to leave at the same time. They call this "doing a runner". Some coldplayers (myself not included :cry:) have met members of the band at different times. Usually from hanging out outside their studios (Beehive or Bakery), chance sightings, or an arranged interview that Batman was lucky to get once. There are some threads about this in the forums. That looks great! I was originally planning to put the flower of life design on my shirt going up the shoulder too, but chickened out and did my sketches on the center front. I was afraid it might be scratchy on my arm with the glitter I was going to use. I'm doing rhinestones instead now. How does it feel wearing it, like when your arm crosses over the design on the side of your chest?

Hey guys! I started working on my flower of life t-shirt last night. I'm practicing on an old shirt first to figure out how to paint the circles, and it's tougher than I thought it'd be. I drew the design in pencil using a round cookie cutter which turned out good, but getting the colors on the circles has been a pain so far. I want to do all the circles in glitter so they sparkle in the sun at the beginning of the concert. I bought a set of fabric glitter bottles with all the colors I need and started practicing with black because I won't need that one in the real shirt. You can see my first couple attempts, with a thick line on one, which got really "wobbly". I did the fabric glue free hand on that one but I couldn't keep the thickness consistent. Next, I put the glue on the cookie cutter to press on the fabric, but it didn't cover very well all around. I did the blue one free hand more carefully than the thick black one and that turned out pretty good. The one in the center was my attempt at using acrylic paints to blend all the colors in the middle with the cookie cutter, but I couldn't get enough paint to stick to make it show up well on the shirt. Arrggghhh. I've found flower of life templates online, which would make the glue or paint application a lot easier, but I can't find one that would show the circle lines in color, only the spaces in between like cutouts. If anyone can find a template about 8 inches across that would show the lines, please let me know. :fingersx: EDIT: I'm feeling better about getting color on the design now. I'm switching gears and going with iron-on rhinestones. I bought a small package of them today to try out, and they're way easier to work with than the glitter and paint I tried before. Looks 1000x better too. I need to buy more stones in bulk online, and get my real (non-practice) shirt now. I posted an updated picture showing my red & orange sections on the practice shirt. I'll post more later when I get going on the real one.:thumbsup:

That'd be great! I have seen several threads where CP'ers connect to buy and sell tickets at face value. If you didn't already, I would recommend posting in a ticket buy/sell thread as well. I can't remember what it's called, but there's a thread for that in the live forums. Hope you find them for a good price!
