hi there... i have never in my life been part of a messageboard or anything before, but i figured joining for coldplay is no sacrifice at all :) anyways, i just wanted to pop in and say hello, so i don't just mysteriously appear. I'm into a lot of rock, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Alkaline Trio, Social Distortion, and Anti-Flag just to name a few. But Coldplay has always been a huge favorite of mine. Ive posted around a little but havnt introduced myself as of yet. My name is Christine, im 18, from Queens, New York. Just finished up my first year of college last month, majoring in Journalism. Have been a Coldplay fan since just after the release of Rush Of Blood, so i cant say im a long timer. After i bought that my friend burned me a copy of Parachutes. Only made me fall more in love with their music! Ive never seen them live, and neither has my friend, and we're excited because we got tickets for 9/6 at Madison Square Garden, and good seats at that! Hi Everyone! I just found this site and love it! I saw Coldplay at a buzz show in Boston, MA USA on May 13th. They were amazing!!! The new (and old) songs live were incredible! I am so psyched to be seeing Coldplay again on August 4th in Connecticut, USA!

Hello I am new to this site. I have always been a big Coldplay fan, and Parachutes and AROBTTH have been wonderful albums and I love them very much. However, theyre new album, X&Y, I am totally hooked on! I think it's their best album yet, and my favourite song is "Fix You". For me, X&Y has really, really impressed me so far. I am also a huge fan of U2, and post regulaly on http://www.u2star.com/forum U2 and Coldplay are my two favourite bands and I love all sorts of music. Glad to be here and hope to have a great time and have fun talking to fellow coldplay fanatics! ;)

Howdy all. Not much to tell. I like Coldplay but i have no albums yet. The reason i joined is because i am planning on getting some coldplay albums soon I dont really have any favorite bands. My cd collection consists of Norah Jones. Doubt anyone here has heard of her but i am a huge fan of hers Muse. I see you have a huge muse following David bowie. I just think the guys cool cause he is so wierd Pink floyd. They are one of the most inspirational bands i have ever heard Radiohead. Dont flame me. I heard the rumours. I have no time for that. The music is all that is important to me Damien Rice. This guys brilliant. He gets so worked up its kinda scary…

Hey all! i was recommended to join this site by a friend, who agrees my love for coldplay is slowly getting out of hand... it is soon i am being advised to request professional help lol just jokes but i scared yas all?? lol so yeah i was just wondering if anyone else had bourtght their new album X&Y yet?? it is supposed to be in all stored today but i snagged a copy yesterday! :P i love it so much and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it?? their 2nd track "what if" is a great one aswell! :D thanks all!
