This is a great movie. It was just playing on MPix and it was like the 100th time i've seen it. Johnny Depp is great in this movie but I think Leonardo DiCaprio was INCREDIBLE!! His performance was amazing, at times, i forgot that he was actually acting!! Anyone else seen it?

Alright, i'm sorry. But this show is ADDICTIVE!! They show it on Much Music every Sunday and repeat it three times throughout the week and i watch it every time!! Even if i've seen the episode already!!! Anyhoo, what do you all think of this program? Some of the things Jessica says is pretty stupid but it's hilarious at the same time. Oh, and I don't think Nick is attractive at all, but he's so hilarious on this show and i love him! LOL! The look he flashes jessica when she says something stupid is hilarious!! hahahaahahah Anyone? :)

Does anyone remember this UK tv show? I used to watch it all the time a few years back. I think I have seen every episode. To refresh your memory or give you an insight on what to show was about: Set in the mid 70's (but filmed from 1997-2001), Gordon Grimley is a miserable teenager with a sort of dysfunctional family. He is in love with good looking English teacher Mrs. Titley but as is also Gordon's mean beefcake PE teacher. He knows this and proceeds to make Gordon's life even more miserable. This show is reminds me very much of Adrian Mole the tv series. Watch it if you can. **** stars out of 5

:stunned:  MTV is launching a major new series which it bills as the antidote to shows like Pop Idol. Breaking Point will ignore manufactured pop stars and instead focus on real artists trying to get a break. The show will follow A&R executives from Island Records as they tour tiny venues in search of the next Coldplay, reports Media Guardian. There will be no auditions before panels of celebrity judges or public votes in the series, which launches next month. The acts unearthed during the first series include an Irish all-girl group, a Norwegian skate punk band and an American rock act. Breaking Point will follow them acts through meetin…

Has anybody else seen this? I finally saw it last night, and I was thoroughly impressed. Sofia Coppola certainly got some of her father's genes. And Bill Murray gave a career performance, not just in the comedic parts, but at the very end... absolutely heartbreaking (there's something I NEVER thought I'd say about Bill Murray), but not in the "sob out loud" kind of way. It's remarkably subtle. He deserves every bit of recognition he's gotten for it. Anyway, if you haven't seen it, and want to see a movie that actually ends like things do in real life, I would highly recommend it. (sorry if there's already a thread about this somewhere)

This thread is being created to ensure that all the members who are one season behind with this series do not have the series finale spoiled for them. So, if you are going to talk about the series finale (which airs May 6th) do not do it in the "Friends" thread...do it here. Thank you kindly. So...for those who don't want to know the ending.....press the back button now and have a nice day....GO!!! SERIOUSLY!! THERE ARE SPOILERS HERE!! Talking may now resume (but it's not on for a couple of more weeks) so yeah..just keep this thread in mind. :) :)
