And then I will be gone from here forever. :disappointed: Well, not really. :uhoh: But since I have a lot going on in the coming weeks including the start of the school year I won't be on here randomly posting like I have the past couple days. So...yeah...happy summer. And go here and make a donation (so this thread isn't an all selfish one): http://www.soles4souls.org/ Carry on.

it's a quote from Nick Hornby's High Fidelity what do you think? "....People worry about kids playing with guns, and teenagers watching violent videos; we are scared that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands of songs about broken hearts and rejection and pain and misery and loss. The unhappiest people I know , romantically speaking, are the ones who like pop music the most; and I don't know whether pop music has caused this unhappiness, but I do know that they've been listening to the sad songs longer than they've been living the unhappy lives."

As an airplane is about to crash, a female passenger jumps up frantically and announces, "If I'm going to die, I want to die feeling like a woman."She removes all her clothing and asks, "Is there someone on this plane who is man enough to make me feel like a woman?"A man stands up, removes his shirt and says, "Here, iron this!". This is THE joke thread where you share your favourite jokes wit the rest of us.

Here are the options and pros and cons: HONEY NUT CHEERIOS: Pros: Healty, easy, fast, yummy. Cons: Not very filling, had them last night so not really in the mood much. PANCAKES/WAFFLES: Pros: Delicious, filling, leftovers. Cons: Takes a LONG time to make, a lot of work, takes even LONGER to clean up. Way too much work at this tiredness level. STEAK N CHEESE: Pros: Really yummy, what I'm craving atm, somewhat filling, somewhat easy to make and clean up Cons: Not really a breakfast, it will take it away as a lunch option OTHER PLZ Give suggestions!

Hi :nice: I've known I was moving to England for school for quite a while now, but now that I'm leaving in about three weeks (:freak:), I've begun to think about things like "where can I buy towels?" and mundane things like that. A while ago, Mich suggested that I start a thread in the Lounge to ask my random little questions for Brit Coldplayers to answer if they can, and I thought that was a brilliant idea :D. I bet I'll be asking questions in here all year when I think of them and can't figure things out for myself. It's nicer to ask people that actually live there than to just do sometimes-fruitless Google searches. For the first month, I'm going to be living i…

Only common conversation, it took everything I got. I'm on a search to find people(mostly in person) who can hold a good conversation, I'm sick of people being anti-social. The people I work with act like talking for more then 5 minutes is too much work. Maybe when school starts I'll be able to go out and find someone with personality.

Ok, so at the moment i have to do an assignment for english and we got to chose whatever topic we wanted. I chose "The End". For the assigment we have to do analysises and creations of different types of work relating to our theme. these include: - Poem - Non-fiction article - Song - Book - Movie -Artwork - Own written work (can be a poem, short story, script, etc) - Own visual work (can be anything) So my main problem is that i need a song related to "the end". So far i have though of: All Good things (come to an end)- Nelly Furtado In the end - Linkin park Love me like the world is ending - Ben lee Somewhere only we know - keane Love is the end - Ke…
