Yeah, its this year. You can even see it on Coldplaying, there used to be quite a lot of people with BB contestants in their signature or avi, and now we just have one tard like that. We used to have a thread where we'd discuss it in the Entertainment section, this year, I think that thread is laying on a seabed somewhere. I mean its always been uncool and embarassing, but why is it SO uncool this year? Its just become ridiculous I think. Theres a million rules and ideas floating around constantly, that it just doesnt feel like anything of real significance is happening. I will try to keep this as unoffensive as possible. I have always thought of religion as a "beacon of faith" for people to believe in. I do not follow religion at all, or pray, or anything like that. I just know that it is there and I am sure I may be led to relying upon it when something is so dire in my life that I need something to put my faith into, something to give me strength. But nothing more. I go to a Catholic school so I am sort of always surrounded by religion all the time. I acknowledge it, accept it, but do not particularly follow it. We have school masses maybe once a fortnight and I understand the practice of having it there to take part in, ever…

real relaxed...or do you tend to be up-tight around people? I have trouble relaxing when I first enter a certain new enviorment. It takes me a few to get real comfortable. sad.

Sakke and Ville are sitting in a cottage in the middle of nowhere. They've been drinking for three days straight and they finally run out of booze. Sakke says to his mate "Hey, go and look in the tool shed and see if there's anything to drink there." Ville comes back with a bottle of __methanol__, and says "We could drink this, but we'll go blind!" Sakke slowly looks around the cottage and out the window, and says "I think we've seen enough." ------ :) I personally don't drink... how do you see the globalization? positive or negative? it may cause ,ultimately, the loss of different cultures but also more opportunities for international exchange.. also poorer countries will not benefit from the global market as the rich become more prosperous...

Do you know that? You get used to say a particular word or expression and afterwards you can't stop doing it? You can't even control it. But then some months later maybe you can't even remember this expression...haha--- Mine current one is: Mamma Mia! Hey peeps. Does anybody have any tips to help memorize long (well, not THAT long) pieces of text? I have a presentation in a couple of days and I need to memorize it and I just can't get it. My friend suggested making a song out of it, but that's confusing me even more.:thinking:
