Its really good so far. Picked it up because I'd heard it was about organ donation, and had seen good reviews of it. Also has the same sort of concept to it as the film The Island.

I wouldn't say reading either of those makes you dumb!! May's book is selling like hot cakes at the moment, so would appear you're in good company!!
