Yeah, circut city has ZooTV the cheapest, so of course when I go to get it, it's sold out and I have to pay $28 somewhere else

Don't think they're running out of money as they have just released a DVD and a book...so it would be a really stupid commercial move since many people already have their previous best of's and would probably need to choose on what they want to spend their money..I personally have just bought the DVD and will probably buy the book, but I will not be there on Nov 20th in front of the shop for the CD...at least if it's really going to be a collection of songs I already have.

 

I read many people saying this is because of the record deal (according to which they have to release three best of) so that now they can be more concentrated on the real new album :)

I had no idea there were so many U2 fans in the area.

They haven't released a good (as in more hits than filler) album since Achtung Baby

they sold almost 7 million copies of it and it was great

And Robbie sold over 5 million copies of intensive care in europe...

Achtung Baby and Joshua Tree were better albums than HTDAAB, but it was still good!...'sometimes you cant make it on your own' is an absolute classic, best song off the album

One year ago was the best day of my life....

 

 

 

One year ago, at this time, I was back in line at the Boston Garden, number 28, waiting to be let in to my second U2 gig, general admission.

 

 

First time I ever lined up for a gig, I haven't had more than 5 seated gigs since... amazing. It really was the best day of my life, getting the rail.... meeting Edge, sort of meeting Adam, Bono smiling at me, omggggg. Just the best day ever :nice:

 

 

 

It makes me all sentimental to look back... wow.
