I just want to say a big congratulations to everyone posting on here, your stuff is awesome! anyway, I love photography too, don't know much but what the heck I'll post some things as well just to feel I've done my lil contribution  this was a proper experiment, didn't came out as good as expected but it was worth trying and some concert shots I've been messing around with:
August 12, 200619 yr I've just made a flickr account that I put my concert photography into. I think I'm going to buy a pro account so I can upload more pictures (I can't upload anything for a month, and I've got two Dirty Pretty Things shows coming up!! ahah). Link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/rocknserve/sets/ Comments and criticisms are great! :) let me say Danielle, that I just love your concert photos! you really capture the moment and I think that's awesome :D oh and just a quick question, how do you manage to get such still pictures (if that makes any sense) with all the pushing and stuff at gigs?

August 18, 200619 yr Well, sometimes in art class a can surprise myself :shy: Hehe...but I guess it only comes when I find inspiration...
August 18, 200619 yr let me say Danielle, that I just love your concert photos! you really capture the moment and I think that's awesome :D oh and just a quick question, how do you manage to get such still pictures (if that makes any sense) with all the pushing and stuff at gigs? Whew, I totally missed this comment! Sorry! Well, I use a Kodak Easyshare V550 camera. Just some basic digital one. The only way that I find I can get a decent shot is if I go into the "scene" mode and choose "action" and keep the flash on. Basically even if someone's moving in the slightest it has a VERY fast shutter and will capture it with little to no blur. Flash is a pain in the ass. I'm trying to figure out how to get the action mode to work without filtering the colors out so much like it does without flash... asshole camera! :veryangry: :laugh3: Thank you so much for the compliments though :nice: I'm buying a pro account and I'll be uploading all my Dirty Pretty Things pictures soon! So keep an eye on it ;)
August 19, 200619 yr I've updated my FLICKR account with Dirty Pretty Things and Scissors For Lefty pictures. http://www.flickr.com/photos/rocknserve/sets/
August 20, 200619 yr that's some nice photos you've got there, danielle :surprised: here are some of my photos, since I'm in a photo mood  I didn't take this picture because I'm lying there on the ground  but I liked it so I fixed it a little in photoshop and yeah.. it's the same thing with this one it looks like I'm being really mean to the poor horse :uhoh: but I swear I wasn't :bigcry:
