I am happy that the band finally have a Twitter account, and the 3 videos they posted so far are awesome. Thought I'd share them here, if some of you (we're not quite numerous here, too bad) haven't seen them yet :)

What do you prefer? The new version (Werchter one) or this one??

m@r@, I have yet to see them, but I cannot wait for North American dates!

 

The Nashville videos are awesome, and I think this band is definitely taking shape! In the 3rd video, there are some great previews! I think the next album is going to get them going again. Their sound seems more like REM and since they're gone, I wouldn't mind seeing them trying to fill the shoes...

 

Regarding THS, I enjoy both of them, the original because of Chris's guitar, and the newest version because of Tom's raw emotion. I do believe they'll be recording the slower, down-tempo version for LP4!

 

ALSO! I hope (based off of the live performances) that Sugar is the album opener, and that Nothing is the closer...

I can't wait either, I hope that they announce some regular tour dates soon!

And I agree with you, the new THS version will be on the album, I don't mind, it's an awesome version, too.

 

Well, yeah, maybe they will, but I can't wait to see what their setlist is gonna look like!

now through mixing I hope there will be announcement of the track-listing and the album title, although I'd assume it may be 'Every Conversation Within You"....

Are Justin and Elliot now official members of the band? Because in every press photo and the photos from Tom's twitter, they are always there. Have I somehow missed any official announcement?

 

(I think it would be awesome if they were involved with the band and the songwriting, I'm sure there are some interesting new things they could bring in)

Hoping for a recording of the Lowlands show. The Dutch radiostation or whatever 3voor12 always records tons worth of concerts from festivals, and the crowds at Lowlands just seem to be the best, no matter what weather/band...

Still remember last years Werchter livestream which was awesome. They did probably more stage production than ever before (well, playing for 70,000 or what?) and clearly enjoyed themselves. Excited for this year (even though I'll just sit at home and stare at my screen as opposed to being there :D) :)

their Week 5 video has now been posted - hopefully the final stretch now and we will get some news....

Can't wait for a studio recording of Two Hearted Spider.. let's hope they hurry up :)

it feels that it's taken forever. 4 years is long, especially when the first 3 albums were dropped in 2 year gaps...

True! But somehow I have a feeling that it's gonna be their best one, but I might be wrong.
