the minus five-down with wilco

 

anyone heard this album. it's amazing. it's wilco with scott mccaughey on vocals. jeff sings one song. i love it and strongly recommend it.

I like Wilco...well, i only like a couple of their songs, but they're still great... :D

Wilco is amazing. They aren't very big, and thats what I like about them. It's really mello and just soothing. My favorite albums of theirs are 'summeteeth' and 'yankee hotel foxtrot'. There both excellent. I strongly recommend them to you coldplay lovers!

i was never really into them before "yankee hotel foxtrot" but they kinda put all the pieces together with that one. brilliant album. summer teeth wasn't bad either i guess, now that i think about it.

yankee foxtrot hotel is an amazing album. I can listen to it from beginning to end with getting bored with it. You know? I like the songs 'radiocure' and 'reservations'. Good stuff.

"poor places" is incredible. i love their lyrics.

yeah, agreed. Their lyrics are really really good. There up there with coldplay.

Hehe, well I'm glad someone likes Wilco! I just find there music so comforting and calming. Then again, music is my favorite thing in the world, I can't live without it.

You can like the music (I would never understand why but-) but the lyrics absolutely suck. Well they dont SUCK but in a worse way they just dont count as lyrics, just pure catchphrases and sentences that have been said a million times before, and then they try and place a tiny insignificant spin on them...

Haha its cool...I know what you mean about Coldplay's lyrics, but I still like them, and it fits the mood of the music. I think Clocks has good lyrics.

wilco are great but i havent really heard a lot from them but they do sing my favorite song(how to fight the loneliness) ;) i plan on buying yankee hotel foxtrot when i get money..does anyone like this band?

Yes, wilco is an awesome band, I saw them play this summer. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is a great album.
