You're missing the point completely. There are presumably countless music stars who do drugs in some shape or form, but they do it in private and therefore you are extremely unlikely to hear anything about it or see them "out of their heads".

The problem with "PP" is that he keeps shooting up (or appearing to shoot up) in public, and it has been very obvious on numerous occasions that he was completely "wasted".

This is a disgraceful way to act in public, as there are impressionable kids out there who are going to imitate his behaviour and think it's "cool" because he does it.

 

i or anyone else except Pete himself aren't gonna fix him.

what's funny..i don't even listen to babyshambles/libertines (that's my sister's business) but i'm really sick and tired of all this *drugs-pete-bad* talk.

 

Well if he cleans up his act or is at least more discreet, maybe it will stop.;)

People say "waste", but this comes from the people who have never "been there." Indeed, I haven't, but I'm not the one who talks out of my ass. For people to pass judgement so quickly like that, it's wrong.

 

The trouble is, his behaviour hasn't been just a "one-off", it's happened time and time again.;)

Oh cause for some reason I was looking at their site today and found out my uni actually has this exchange programmes or something of the sort. I'll have to ask about it when classes start for me cause I'm sure they'll only be for last year students, I guess. Aw, I wouldn't bash him so much. He seems like a nice guy--just... a junkie.

 

None of us are drug addicts (I hope not :rolleyes:) so we don't really know how hard it is to stop using drugs... there's physical and mental withdrawl symptoms that are really quite horrendous when you stop using a drug immediately.

 

Plus, we don't know if he really can't stop or if he really doesn't fucking care that he's a junkie, so yeah... we can't really judge the guy.

 

Drug addiction is a horrible thing, kiddos. :thumbsup:
