I may not like Gwyneth a whole lot for her acting, or for boasting about how great her life is, but I think she's very classy, and she's very close to her family. I think she holds on to the sanctity of marriage, unlike her unstable friend Madonna, and would never do something so hurtful to someone she loves.

I do feel that she would wait until her marriage was over before she would do anything,but is Chris with her in London now.Just wondering if they are together for Thanksgiving.

Though Thanksgiving is traditionally an American holiday, last night there was a little turkey carving going on across the pond as well. And Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, and Jake Gyllenhaal were all spotted taking part in the festivities.

 

All three A-listers were spotted arriving at Richard Rogers’ Chelsea home in London for a swanky Thanksgiving party, giving them a taste of home while they are abroad.

 

 

And like a polite party guest, the “Sweet Home Alabama” actress even brought a treat to share- a traditional holiday fruit cake!

 

Jake and Reese looked like a pair of holiday love birds as they enjoyed their time together, while Gwyneth’s husband Chris Martin was noticeably absent, still perhaps in the States following his band Coldplay’s performance on the American Music Awards this past weekend.

Firstly we don't know who Apple and Moses were with, they could have been with either of their grandparents or their aunties or uncles, godparents....

 

Secondly it's clearly an evening event, with them being so young they were most likely in bed and asleep before she even went out. I'm sure she spent the whole of the day with them. We don't know how long she stayed either. Reese has kids too.

 

Lets bear in mind that mothers are allowed the night off occasionally too, especially when said mother spends long, long periods of time looking after them alone whilst her workaholic husband flits off around the world ;)

Once I'm home I can't wait to try on my ensemble. Excitedly, I pull on the tights and rather itchy sweater dress and study the result. I look hideous.

Could Gwyneth really be one of those awful friends who encourages you to dress badly so that she looks better? My legs look like sausages and the dress clings to every lump.

Paltrow has been romantically linked to billionaire Jeff Soffer ever since being seen with him two weeks ago at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in Miami Beach instead of being with husband Chris Martin on the Coldplay tour. Now, the actress is rumored to have celebrated Thanksgiving with Soffer, instead of staying at her London home with her family.

 

Chris Martin’s band, Coldplay, finished their U.S. tour Wednesday night, and Paltrow was expected to stay in London with her husband. However, the actress left before Martin arrived, opting to spend the holiday with Jeff Soffer in his Indian Creek Island Mansion, where they were allegedly joined by Madonna and A-Rod.

Gwyneth Paltrow is staying with a U.S. billionaire as she takes a break from husband Chris Martin, it was claimed today.

 

According to a U.S. report, the Iron Man star spent the American Thanksgiving holiday with Jeff Soffer rather than the Coldplay frontman.

 

The 36-year-old actress raised eyebrows when she turned up at a party for the opening of Soffer's Fontainebleu Hotel in Miami two weeks ago. Martin, 31, ended his US tour with his band Coldplay on Wednesday.

 

He had been expected to return to London, where Paltrow was staying with the couple's two young children, Apple, four, and Moses, two.

 

Instead, according to the report, Paltrow headed for the States. Representatives for Paltrow and Soffer were unavailable for comment today.

Earlier this week, however, her spokesman, Stephen Huvane hit out at reports the couple's five-year marriage was over.

 

He said: '[it's] rubbish, stemming from the fact that she will not make any public appearances with her husband.'

 

'We're just friends,' Soffer told the Daily News earlier this week. 'Ms. Paltrow has a very sound marriage to Chris Martin.'

 

Paltrow and Soffer, 36, are said to have spent part of Thursday's Thanksgiving holiday with the actress's best pal, Madonna and her rumoured new love interest, Alex Rodriguez, who were both in the city.

 

The news comes amid reports that Paltrow is considering putting her £3.5 million Primrose Hill home on the market. She is thought to have become bored of London and is now thinking of moving back to America permanently.

 

Paltrow was recently paid a six-figure fee to be in a series of American Express ads.The mother of two is already the face of Estee Lauder and fashion house Tod’s.

 

Sources say she is also working on a series of fitness DVDs with her trainer Tracy Anderson.

On a lighter, cuter note I was watching Spain... On The Road Again last night. And Gwyneth was having lunch with the two other people and she said

"I hate to bail on you guys, but today is halloween I have to get back to my kids"

Then the man said "Oh what are you kids going to be for halloween?"

And then Gwyneth said "My daughter is going to be Daphne from Scooby-Doo and my son is going to be either scooby-doo or batman."

 

While watching that I had to smile picturing Apple and Moses dressed up is way too cute!

That there are reports of her shacked up with some man for Thanksgiving, when she is photographed in another country with a group of friends, just goes to show how much 'fact' really goes into these stupid break up articles.

 

It just proves that all these rumors are based on stupid made-up speculation. The people writing this stuff don't need any facts or proof before they publish this kind of thing. They just write what they want to write and people just assume it must be true :angry:
