Wasnt theor an article that said that Gwyn the Scarjo were friends and that Gwyn even help her with diet or excersise or something like that??

She has a habit of saying the wrong thing and comes across as snobby. Obviously she has grown up in a completely different world to the rest of us, into money and fame and she's very honest about that, which rubs people up the wrong way, especially in print as it gets taken out of context.

Plus there's the crying at the Oscars thing which people LOVE to use against her, and she got a lot of negative press when Brad Pitt started dating Jennifer Aniston.

I admit I occasionally will cringe at something she has said, but I'll cringe far, far more at stuff Chris says :P

She is always so lovely to Coldplay fans at gigs, despite most of them screaming for her husband, every interview of her I've watched has shown an honest, funny, intelligent woman, I think it's unfortunate that she has such a bad reputation, but I think it's great how she doesn't care one bit.

^agreed i think people don't like her because she doesn't relate to the general public because she grew up "privledged". She seems fine to me though.

Well I like her!!!! Somebody OBVIOUSLY likes her FAB body as well,:wink3: and that's all that counts!!! Stupid people!!!

Coldplay got a lot of flack as well in the beginning because they grew up in rather privileged homes. It's ridiculous

I 100% prefer Gwyneth, as she is who she to someone like lets say Lilly Allen, who also grow up very prifleged but pretends to be "streetwise" - give me a break!

I feel so tempted to post an "O rly?" response now.

LOL, ok now we need a few more recruits for our TEAM PALTROW club!!!! I say the Big White Bird leads us into battle:laugh3:

Emma, I just spit out my coffee so hard.

Cannot. Stop. Laughing.

I posted a note on the site... I started off with Gwyn is a Goddess.

You got that right! Lily Allen's family are more poncy and posh than Lord Posh Poncington from Oxforshire. Her dad's Keith Allen, who's an unfunny comedian and, well you've guessed it, a Tory supporter. Yet she pretends to be so working class. It reaks.

The Coldplay guys had the decency to admit they grew up in priveledged houses, but don't flash it about OR hide it. That's half the problem of Coldplay haters. They think that just because they came from middle class families and went to university, this makes them posh, arrogant and full of themselves. It's the complete opposite. However, some people clamoured around the Gallaghers, back in the 90s because of their working class background which was all very patronising. However people who pretend to be middle class to get the attention like Oasis did, is fucking pathetic, like Lily Allen.

Chirs 'Coldplay' Martin  God, he has an usual name, call him by it!

It's a good clip though, in my opinion. And has a nice wink of Chris in it. :nice:
