I've learnt something very important today.

 

When cooking Asda-brand steam veg in the microwave, don't put it in the microwave for longer than the package says so, cos the safety vent to release excess stream is rubbish, and so it kinda blows up the entire packet (and hence the microwave).

 

I wonder where I can get a cheap microwave from :(

Here's a stupid legal question.

 

Say a man or a woman, but for ease of use, a man, drives to a hotel where he is staying for a couple nights on business. On the first night he meets up with his business buddies and they drink in the hotel bar, getting slightly drunk, however when the man returns to his room, he notices that he has left a bag in his car which he will need, so he goes outside to get the bag from the car's boot. However when he is in the boot getting his bag, some policemen arrest him for drink-driving as he was in charge of that vehicle when under the influence. Are the police right to arrest a man for drink-driving when he wasn't going to drink anywhere?
