I was at work, with my iPod playing songs on shuffle, when I saw that it was almost midnight, and would then be my birthday. I thought, "it be so freaking great to start my bday off with some Coldplay! (without me selecting purposely)." And what do you know...right after midnight struck, White Shadows came up!:shocked2::dance: And I hadn't heard that one in a while...

I take it as a good sign, 'cause last year as I was blowing out my candles, my cousin put on AROBTTH w/out me saying anything:nice: and it was an awesome year with Coldplay related stuff!!! So hope this year starts and ends with lots of cool Coldplay stuff, too!:lol:

it's short and silly, but it's pretty funny.

 

the morning i woke up on the day of my second coldplay concert, i was dancing around singing "the boys are back in town" all morning.

I just went to lunch with my mom and we were listening to the radio and clocks came on and i gasped really loud and then turned up the volume, and she got mad and said, "Makayla, all you ever do is listen to Coldplay! Turn it down".

And i said,

" i'm sorry mom, But i just absolutely love them!"

and she said,

" i know, but i think you overplay them."

And i said,

" mom...

Coldplay can never be overplayed. Just let me enjoy this song."

 

Then she just sighed and let me turn it up.

My parents know i'm obsessed....but I don't know if they'd ever really notice a coldplay song except for maybe the scientist, clocks, and viva la vida. :thinking:

my brothers don't really like the "new" coldplay so they kinda make fun of me for it, but they've always let me borrow their coldplay cds/eps and steal the live 2003 dvd:sneaky:

Yeah. Luckily my brother loves Coldplay too.

I love it when i walk by his room and he has them playing. I always stop in the doorway and listen for a bit.

He does get a little annoyed thought because he says i'm obsessed.

We had a task in our drama class, to make a ministage that describes our life, so mine is basically filled with Coldplay song lines that really mean something to me :nice:! And ofcourse some other things, but it turned out great!

yesterday my friend asked me how you spell prospect, and i spelled it the coldplay way with the "k" (on purpose of course...:rolleyes:)

Earlier when I was watching tv one of those bank's time and temperature thing came up and it said "time is on your side" and i started singing amsterdam!:)

And I was watching the secret life of an american teenager(i know its a dumb show, i make fun of myself for watching it, but its addicting) anyway, ben said to amy "don't panic" and i went ahhh! i love that song!! coldplay<333333

Went to Borders today to finally purchase X&Y the Australian Tour Edition that came out in 2006, LOL!!! I didn't buy it when it first came out because I already ahd everything on there except for the videos, but now that I hadn't seen it anywhere else, I took it as a sign that I should buy the last copy at Borders. I told the guy at the counter my dillemma and he was very understanding. :)

 

 

I also saw a Coldplay song book for the drums and thought about purchasing that too. Exccept I don't know how to play the drums and I don't own a kit. :P

I have a friend who is a total Coldplay-hater, but today, I overheard him practicing VLV. He said his band's making him learn it whether he likes it or not,lol. I should do the same to my hater-guitarist!:lol:
