Today in English class a text in our book mentioned Oxfam and we talked a little about Fair Trade in class (because the whole subject was about the poor living conditions in Africa). Of course, I couldn't help thinking of Coldplay. :nice:

the word "vida" kept coming up on a spanish worksheet, and i couldn't help smiling at the worksheet like a dork!:)

So I took this girl to get her admittedly unattractive nose piercing replaced last night, and I was stuck in the piercing parlor for 10 minutes. Suddenly, Strawberry Swing randomly started playing over their speaker! Halfway through the song, she said she was ready to leave, but I didn't want to! :lol::lol:

 

Such an odd place to hear a lesser-known Coldplay song. I also heard Reign of Love in Pottery Barn the other day. :shocked2:

Today we had a pep rally. Which pretty much blew.

 

But at one point they played Homecoming by Kanye West. And I was like oohhh Chris!

 

 

And then.. there was this dance crew which was mostly hip hop. But at one point the music stopped... and Fix You came on just at the "When you feel so tired but you can't sleep, stuck in reveeerse" and they repeated "reverse" a few times. And all the dances went backwards in slow motion. It was pretty cool.

if coldplay played at one of my high school pep rallies i would've made the biggest scene. spazzing and screaming and seizing.

ooh today at school i had to bring in my ipod for this thing in theater, and so these 2 girls were looking at my ipod, and they were like "omg! you're like obsessed with coldplay!" and then one of then started saying she hated gwyneth paltrow, and was making fun of apple's name, which made me mad:(

I just got home from my church.

And tonight, i saw this girl wearing a "42" shirt.

And i ran up to her and asked if she went to their concert when they were here, and she said yes. And i almost cried,

knowing that she went and not me.

I could totally tell that she didn't love coldplay nearly as much as i do.

I asked her how it was, and she said, "it was cool." and that's it!! :veryangry2:

the other day in my philosphy class, we had finished reading Dante's Inferno and our prof had us think of modern day ppl who might be in Dantes Inferno if he had written it in todays world..well we were all in small groups and somehow Tom Cruise came up bc of his wierdo Scientology religion or whatev hahah

and then someone said Madonna cus she is Cabalah and then i said NO!! because Gwyneth Paltrow cannot go to hell for that too!!

and this douche bag said "anyone who names their kid apple deserves to burn in hell" and he started laughing:veryangry2:
