One of my friends said THE weirdest thing today.

Apparently she went to some concert and got to meet the band (some local band) and she was telling me about it and she was like, "Oh my God, guess who they're going on tour with? Coldplay!" And I was just like, "That's not possible, Coldplay aren't on tour anymore, and they don't even have a new album. :dozey: " And she said, "Well, the band told me and they would know who they were going on tour with." And I was just like, "Oh my God, I think that I would know when my favorite band was on tour and who they were going with. And I'm pretty sure that I would be telling you this." :dozey:

 

 

I think I won that argument. :P

was in the apple store today and right as i walked in "shiver" started up, so of course i had to stay for the entire song. and then right after that was "dont panic"! i think it was some sort of coldplay CD or whatever, but i didnt have time to stay and hear it all. every time i go into my apple store something coldplayish happens.

At the ice cream store a guy walked in with Jonny's 70's-ish haircut and moustache lol, looked nothing like him in the face though lol, but it made me think of Coldplay. :lol:

The week before last I caught a small part of this show 'Starveilance' where they have clay "celebrities"... anyway they had a Chris and Gwyneth one and it was set when Gwyneth was still pregnant with Moses and they were choosing baby names and Gwyneth was all like "it has to be really weird, even Apple is an average name now etc" and she was thinking of names like Front Porch Swing and other things that she ahppened to lay her eyes on... and Chris was suggesting "Coldplay" the entire time as a baby name because G had said something about publicity...It was pretty funny. The weird thing was that I wasn't going to watch it that day because I had it in my head that they might have Chris + Gwyneth on that day - talk about a Coldplay sixth sense...

I remember; it was a chilled, foggy day, I was still scraping the sidewalk salt from the bottom of my shoes on the entrance mats, the last bit of steam off my breath disappearing into stagnent air, only to be followed by the brief sting that the hot air awaited me.

 

 

 

Then I walked into Garfields, looked on the wall and saw a picture of Coldplay and before I could say anything there was a name I need not have read, for I already knew.... it was the infamous Amanda Graham. Dork. That was a while ago though. haha ttyl

 

I was reading my old comments from a few years ago, and this comment reminded me of when I worked at Garfield's, and we would get slow. Whenever it was slow, I would draw cartoons of Coldplay and hang them on the bulliten board..lmao.

My friend's brother is learning guitar for his graduation project, and the song he's playing is 'The Scientist' on guitar. That made me happy. :)

My friend said she's going to give me her guitar because she doesn't use it anymore (yeah, that's right, I get the reject guitar) which is pretty cool because I've been wanting to learn for a while now and I really want to learn some Coldplay songs. I have to have a look at her guitar first before I take her up on her offer though... I don't want an ugly one lol.

My dad browse at my pc and he found a song "We never change" and he said :

Oh my god, YES. i posted on this a while ago, but its seriously creepy. my friend burned me the CD because he thought id like it (though i cant say ive really actually listened to it....) and we listened to it in the car as i drove him home that night. i was getting SERIOUSLY freaked out by the voice, it was that similar. he didnt seem to think so. even if he is my best friend, he's an idiot. it felt almost like i was listening to new coldplay material simply because of the voice.

 

ive been kinda down recently (goddamn the whole college process), but coldplay is so great. im not like seriously depressed or whatever, but one night after i got rejected from 5 schools in one day, i just put in the live 2003 tour diary and felt so much better. i try not to watch it too much so its perfect when i need it for a good laugh, and it really is the best medicine ever.

and BTW the song "everythings not lost" is soooo much more amazing than i first gave it credit. mostly for the message, which i really have taken to heart this week.

I was looking in the Coldplay e-shop the other day and the entire layout has changed! Plus, there's this new women's top that I really want. If I get it, it'll be my third Coldplay top but it's really nice! Ah well... I can wait for it.

You know what? As I was typing that post out, the same line came into my head.

I was cleaning up and vacuuming today and the tv was on (a music channel).

Suddenly i saw some man playing the piano and just thought "oh my, he looks excatly like Chris!" I couldn't hear the sound because of the vacuum, but it was Clocks!

Lucky me it was one of those "1 artist 3 hits" thingies and they also played Speed Of Sound and Talk, aww, so nice :nice:

watched tv last night. it was about 3:15 am when i was watching MTV and they played "Talk". :) made me all hyper. hehehe. looooove the video and my god, those boys are good actors. hahahaa.

I was flipping through the channels, and there were SNL reruns, so I decided to watch it. I needed a good laugh anyways. I got my laughs, and more! After commercial break they showed a pic of Coldplay...and I'm thinking OMG!!!! This is the one with Coldplay in it!! :D I was so happy! I was screaming and my little sister (who by the way is only seven) looks at the TV and goes 'COLDPLAY!!' Hahaha! I start singing 'Speed of Sound' and she starts singing along with me. Even she knows about my obsession. :P

I'm a big Jeopardy fan...and I'm good at it too,lol. One of tonight's categories was 'their albums rock' and one of the answers was 'Parachutes, A Rush Of BLood To The Head and X&Y'!! FINALLY! I knew they had to be a Jeopardy clue sometime. Guess they've really made it now.:D

I aced the whole catetgory.:) Just to freak my friend out, when their albums came up, I said 'Who is Starfish?'. She couldn't believe I got it wrong until I explained that it was their original name,lol.:wink3: :smug:

Oh... I missed that SNL rerun... darn it! But tonight I went to Outback for birthday dinner and SOS started playing. I just threw my arms up and yelled "That's Coldplay!" "My favorite band!" My friends just stopped and started laughing and one said, Oh I play that CD you gave me all the time, I love their music! Anyway, it was a good dinner since I heard Coldplay with it! :)

I was kinda grumpy at one point today for no particular reason and then I looked at the time and it was 1.36, which calmed me down nicely.

 

The other day my brother, mum and I were talking about how the class system is stupid because some people think they're better than others.. So I just threw in something Chris once said about how even the Queen has to go to the toilet when she wakes up in the morning. I love throwing Coldplay quotes into conversations.
