Yes I do! ^ I think songs, especially Coldplay songs, sound better on the radio. I think it's because more than one person in listening to it at the same time. That's what I love about Coldplay and music in general. It unifies people. :nice:

this week is spirit week at my school, and today was 'dress as your favorite celebrity' day. so guess who i dressed as? CHRIS MARTIN, OF COURSE! i wore black cargo pants, adidas sneakers the same as his, a jacket i have thats almost exactly the same as the one he wore in "the scientist" video, and put an equals sign on my hands and electrical-taped my fingers. i have to say, i was quite happy with the look. and i didnt get many awkward "who are you supposed to be"s because i just looked like i was wearing black pants and a jacket from a distance (if no one noticed the hand...), and while a lot of my friends rolled their eyes or whatever, i didnt get mocked too much! whee!

 

the title of my brothers algebra textbook is in albertus.

Does anyone else notice how different songs sound when they're on the radio?

 

I do;and Coldplay sounds pretty darn amazing on the radio.

It helps that they are rarely played where I live,but I get goosebumps hearing their songs being played on the radio,when I normally wouldn't when listening to their cd.

 

Speaking of which(sort of):did "A Message" come out on radio?I heard it once,and it suprised me.

I'm babysitting at the moment for my parents friends, and I'm just sitting here, dreadfully bored, and I hear from the living room the opening for Clocks, but it sounded wierd so I had to see what it was, and it was Rythms Del Mundo, or something like that, anyway, it was a pleasant suprise, as I have never heard it before. Did Coldplay record this, or did someone mix it?

I finally got my ipod back! my mom took it from me for a whole month!! I didn't have Coldplay 24/7, and I can honestly say that I was restless and confused w/o it!!

One of the music channels i'm watching right now has this thing where they play all these videos by the same artist, and they are doing coldplay right now! Shivers on. :) well i'm off to watch. this is making me so happy.

we're doing the cold war in history now, and in my notes i keep writing C-O-L-D-P-L... before I realize what im doing and then i have to cross it out and write C-O-L-D W-A-R :laugh1:. ive done it at least 3 times now.

Yesterday the Alternative radio station in Philly (WXPN) played the DJ takeover with Coldplay! It was from March 2003, but they replayed it. The boys played some of their favorites, including REM and Television, and they played their own stuff, Like Spies, Politik, and then they ended the takeover with the acoustic version of 'The Scientist'! :nice:

 

 

That was so awesome. They should do another DJ takeover here.

I got that too!! Lol. Actually almost the whole thing was covered with green bows and stickers and pictures of coldplay. There were a couple of Radiohead too which made me happy ... but confused because nobody here knows who Radiohead are, and maybe my friends knew I like them but how'd they know it's the right pic... I don't know. It was awesome though.
