apparently, if we like fashion we should go and visit Guy...........:idea2:

I love the present he got for Chris. That's so sweet. All the trouble he went to :nice:

I would love that as a present! The Back To The Future films are fucking great! I forced my cousins to watch them a few years ago because they'd never seen them. Now they're hooked! hehe

i've just read the whole ezine, and except guy's great interview and 2 beautiful pics i'm wonderimng..this is it* in four moths..oh well...

The official site just sucks major. Old news. Guy's interview reads like something from a high school news paper. I just loved the whole "check the Coldplayer for regular tour updates" line. Please. :dozey: If you can't write something new or interesting, then we'll have just new pics please.

^Agreed. I was happy to hear from Guy, but that's about it. I really don't need the ezine to keep up to date on anything related to Coldplay.

I hate the whole "HAHA" shit. Or "THAT'S COOL!" oh my god. Soooo cornballish. I felt kind of stupid reading that. It's like one of those cheesy old Beatle fan magazines.

They need more intelligent staffers on these things. I can do a really great interview. *applies for job*

I was excited to read that Chris's fav movie is Back to the Future - I'm a huge BTTF nut! :D I think it's rare to find people who really love these movies.

I just had evil thoughts like was his signature all shakey from the Parkinson's? I know I'm going to hell so do even bother with the bitching.

It sucks how the official site still says:

Can't be too hard to update a site right away, can it?

*sigh*

Angie - get ready for that hellfire...:laugh4:

Debs is on holidays ;)

Erm.. hm.. gotta try not to bitch around now ;)

You're obviously aware of the fact that this post was stupid and useless, so.. I'm not gonna say anything else about it.. My grandfather has Parkinson as well, there's absolutely no reason for making fun of something like that...

Debs is on holidays ;)

I know but she can't be the only one that does the updates.. there has to be others, since the e-zine was sent and the "Talk lyrics 'Slipping (or Sleeping ) Sun'" news was added and she wasn't here for that either. Buncha lazies they have working for the official site...they should hire us! :sneaky:

yeah, sure she's not the onliest, but she is "the head", she decides what to put and when. ;)

that "Slipping" mistake didn't really need Debs' agreement in correction of it ;)

and imagine if someone would edit coldplaying if Ian and Jen would be on holidays :stunned:

Agreed. Those lines were so cheesy, it sorta made me cringe to read it. And why so many spelling errors? You'd think for something like an ezine they'd atleast proof read it//spell check it :\ ?

And as Angie said, what's the deal with the whole 'check the Coldplayer for regular tour updates'! Hmmm sure.

The only thing that I found really good was the interview with Guy :nice: and the pics. That was nice to read. Oh and also great to hear about the DVD too :D *excited*

I still appreciate the E-Zines very much, and I'm sure it is a lot of work.

It was nice to read the interview with Guy (*yay* about the DVD bit :nice: ) and the pictures they put in are really cool, imo.

The Mary Wigmore interview was quite interesting as well, I think...

Also - got to remember that a lot of fans are from overseas, where English may not be their first language and therefore the text has to be friendly to that audience - no matter how 'simple' it comes across...

^Good point

Dont get me wrong, I do appreciate the ezine!....especially when it's a quiet time like this. But I also can relate to what Danielle is saying.

The Dvd as more of film?

I realllly like the sound of that. DVD fun galore! I just can't wait much longer. I was just looking over my old concert pics and started to whimper. I want to be back there and experiencing the concerts again!

I know the feeling!

Im really excited by what Guy said, it sounds like it's gonna be great! 'Lots of content' wooo! :D

The day I even get to see what the cover looks like I will be flipping out!!

:D:lol:
