I would love to get the new album but unfortunatley I have no money so it's going to have to wait. I was listening on XFM all last week to try and win tickets to their acoustic gig at virgin megastores and shepards bush empire but I didnt win...blah... I love them ahhhhhh :D

ok this is the official praise to stereophonics for makin such a great album thread. I think it is by far their best album and i cant wait to see them at earls court on the 17 december

i LOVE the phonics. i think there's a thread awaaaay down the board somewhere about them, but im glad someone brought them to light again :D

 

i've seen them twice and WOW were they amazin. they rock the whole place when they perform and i havent been disappointed :D

 

goin to see them in november in belfast again :o cant wait!

still have to get the new album tho. madame helga is class 8)

 

word gets around is a priceless album, the lyrics are simple yet so meaningful - i've had it for years now and i never tire of it :D

 

Oh, you have made me so excited, i booked tickets last night to see them on the 12th of November :D. Now I cant wait after reading that, also it will be my first ever concert.

Give it time Hicksy. It had to grow on me a bit, but I thought it is great, there are some very good songs on there :D

Good God this is terrible, Stereophonics hit new lows (And I actually liked them at one point).

 

Madame Helga was like super bland, and a lot of songs on the album follow that routine. What the fuck did the producers do to Kelly's voice? They like doubled it twice and then synthesized it like 6 times until he sounded like a robot with a cough, its gruesome.

 

The song that did stand out for me was Maybe Tomorow, makes sense that theyre releasing it, its decent.
