According to scientists at the Ache Province Centre For Scientific Study, a dog has been discovered in a remote indonesisan village that can actually communicate.

 

According to Dr. Fuku Okayu "This is the most remarkable find in canine history". Adds Okayu, who has been studying animal communication patterns for 45 years, "This animal will open up a whole new understanding between dog and man."

 

The discovery was authenticated by posing the animal a series of questions. When asked what is placed on top of a typical house, the dog answered "Roof". When questioned regarding the nature of sandpaper, he was clearly heard to exclaim "Rough". And in an amazing show of political awareness, he was even able to answer that the leader of the American Green Party is named "Ralph".
