well jin had to die....four actors/actresses have gotten DUIs...they happen to be the four actors/actresses that aren't on the show anymore.

the producers deny that they kill people with DUIs...but it gets reinforced everytime someone gets one.

and the others have always had the ability to leave the island and come back, i'm not sure how they get off after the sub was blown up, but you see alpert off the island all the time. and i'm not sure why claire doesn't want aaron to go back, but i will say the psychic from way back in season one was eventually right, claire's baby ended up being raised by a couple in LA (although jack left her) and remember that now ben is trying to kill penny, so anything could happen in that storyline.

I hope Desmond stays a main character next season. But with the Ben vs. Widmore storyline becoming even more important I can see him playing an important role (protecting Penny). I really like the character of Ben, but if he's gonna kill Penny, I hope Des will kill him to prevent it.

 

And Lockes "death" doesn't mean anything. There is a lot more behind that story.

I hope nothing bad happens to Penny though, as much as I love Ben and his one liners... I love the Penny/Desmond relationship more.

i watched it a second time because i wondered if he got off the boat...and i don't think he jumped ship, i think he's gone....but i do think michael is still alive, i don't think they would have made a point to bring christian around to tell him to leave. the same way locke should have been dead but walt appeared to him at the end of last season. then there was that whole "the island won't let you die" thing michael went through this season. and yeah i used to hate ben, along with everyone else, but he's one of my favorite characters now, the oppsite happened with locke.

That's what I thought. The island wouldn't let Micheal die before, Micheal was suicidal.

 

And Sun was saying after the helicopter flew up and the ship blew 'He jumped he jumped' or something.

 

Why do they need to take Locke's body back? Is it like a Christian Shepard kind of thing that they need a dead person to get back to the island? Or is Locke even dead? So many questions...

in the episode where jack and kate were together, kate told jack she promised sawyer she'd do something for him. that was the promise, it's also one of those mysteries we aren't going to figure out for way too long.

That was an amazing end to the series!!

To me it looks like the next two series are going to be spent trying to get back to island to find out what happened to the others.

i don't see how he could have survived. first of all he was too close to the explosion when we last see him, and also if he did survive he doesn't have a raft or anything to stay afloat and cannot go to the island because it's disappeared... i think he's dead.

 

what i think of the next season is that they will fill in the gaps of what happened on the island to locke's death/oceanic 6 of island/oceanic 6 coming together to realize they will go back on the island. I think the season finale will be either they are about to leave to go to the island or they arrive on it. then I think the last season will be the oceanic 6 on the island.

One of my favorite tv show. I saw all episodes and I want to know the answers :( :(
