So far nobody i've spoken to has heard of the concert coming here :shocked2: Most of the radio stations don't even know and it's not up on Capital Tickets.ca or Scotia Bank Place.com If there are any members here planning on attending the concert, do you expect the tickets to go through Capital Tickets.ca again? June 6, 200818 yr Author Well this is fucking bogus, no moe Ottawa concert. I don't get it. We get 2 shows and now they bail on us:angry: I just gope Live Nation and the promoters are just stupid and still have to rework all the shows into the schedule.

June 7, 200818 yr There's Hope Yet I was speaking to someone at Capital Tickets today, and they assured me that they have confirmed that Coldplay will be playing Ottawa, but that they're not sure when, or when tickets will go on sale. I'm keeping my ears open, and hoping that we'll hear something soon.

EDIT: I emailed Chelsea Miller from LIVE 88.5 and from what shes knows the show is still a go here, the dates just aren't set in stone yet. She told me to e-mail DJ Noah so i'll see what happens.

I am guessing that the tickets are no longer going on sale tomorrow because they are not listed on ticketmaster.ca or capitaltickets, and on livenation, there is no info whatsoever. Anyone else as frustrated by this as I am?
June 13, 200818 yr Author Yeah i've been following this for over a month now. Capital Tickets is the only vendor that sells the tickets and you can only go through them to place an order (alternatively you an go to any Sport Experts in Ottawa). The show is obviously confirmed (Lenny Kravitz got the boot for Coldplay). The Toronto and Coldplay shows are in July, Ottawa is in October, which makes sense why they'd have their General Sale sooner than us. If you want you can e-mail Capital Tickets and ask, but i'm thinking they'll be announced sometime in a month.

June 16, 200818 yr Author I wouldnt mind tooo much if we didn't get a presale because i'm supposed to be going with 4 people. Being limited to 2 tickets sucks, but I feel for those who are going solo or with one other person. There's STILL no info on Capital Tickets about the concert, its a little worrying.
June 18, 200818 yr Author Ok, so the show is confirmed by Scotia Bank and by Capital tickets. I just got an email from Scota Bank advertising the show and its also on Capital Tickets. Now we need to find the best way to get the best seats. I know for a fact that Capitaltickets.ca is HORRIBLE for big shows and the site always slows down, so online is out. I know that SBP should be open on weekends but i'm not willing to take that chance so i'm gonna probably go to Sports Experts in St.Laurent at like 8am and wait till 10 to get the best tickets.
