November 19, 200817 yr BUMP So just under a week til the album finally comes out. is this the album that people have been waiting AGEEEEEEEEEEEES for? ...that will no doubt be a disappointment

November 19, 200817 yr Drivel my arse, the retail album is all over the net now, and it was well worth the wait.

November 20, 200817 yr yeah probably you are a fan of shitty bands like keane, travis and razorlight Brilliant.
November 21, 200817 yr The lead single, it was rubbish. I've only heard the lead single and wondered whats happened to Axls voice, he sounded so different, don't get me wrong I love the original G n R I just hope I love the new album too!!.
April 19, 201016 yr Going through an Appetite for Destruction phase right now. From Welcome to the Jungle to Rocket Queen, this album is flawless. It is some of the best guitar rock ever.
April 19, 201016 yr They came to my country, thats the only thing i like from them  nobady comes :uhoh:
April 19, 201016 yr The Use Your Illusions are more spotty, but Appetite is money. When I work out, I always fee like I can lift more than I can while listening to this album. So raw and raunchy; it gets me pumped every time.
April 19, 201016 yr Went to their concert in MY COUNTRY (incredible) last week, it was so fucking awesome!
April 19, 201016 yr ^ that's cool. I've seen this version of gnr, as well. However, to me, guns will always be the original 5: Axl, Slash, Izzy, Duff, and Steven. This version is just Axl and a bunch of hired musicians. Not to kncok it; it's as good as you'll get these days. It sounds really good, but it's missing key elements. The original version of gnr was dangerous and kick ass, and their songs reflected their lifesyle at the time. The entire Appetite album sticks to this theme, and it visually plays out in the Welcome to the Jungle video. In the beginning, Axl gets off the bus as a country boy from Indiana. By the end, his hair is teased, he's wearing leather pants, and genuinely looks crazy.
April 19, 201016 yr axl, slash, izzy, duff, and steven will always be gnr for me ... appetite for destruction was the best album they ever did, i still miss the original line up ... :( wish they could get back together again ... but maybe it would still be not the same anymore ... too much time has gone by ...
April 27, 201016 yr The Use Your Illusions are more spotty, but Appetite is money. When I work out, I always fee like I can lift more than I can while listening to this album. So raw and raunchy; it gets me pumped every time. While I agree with you about Appitite being the best album they did overall I strongly feel the Use Your Illusion albums displayed various moments of brilliance, some individual songs supassed most on Appitite in my opinion.
April 27, 201016 yr While I agree with you about Appitite being the best album they did overall I strongly feel the Use Your Illusion albums displayed various moments of brilliance, some individual songs supassed most on Appitite in my opinion. Yeah, the Use Your Illusion albums had some incredible songs, and it was certainly a step forward. Like most double albums, I wish they would have gotten rid of half the songs and made it a great single album. November Rain, Don't Cry, Civil War, Estranged, You Could Be Mine, and Yesterdays are great songs. I still prefer almost every song off of Appetite. I just love the hard guitar rock feel of that album. To me, Appetite is what GNR is all about.
April 28, 201016 yr Estranged is one of my favourite GnR songs, also I think Don't Damn Me was great, there are many others too but these two come to mind, I agree with your statement on Appitite though.
