1. First related Coldplay memory?

Hearing Yellow on the radio and not knowing who it was by. I thought at first that it was Dave Matthews and felt really disappointed in myself for liking a Dave Matthews song. Lucky for me it wasn't Dave Matthews and that it would lead to discovering a great band.

I forget what had happend, but I was not able to buy tickets when they went on sale for the X&Y tour, so I ended up getting them through Encore Tickets and spent $600 for two tickets. Totally worth it though.

I am at the origin of a pandemic concerning ' Coldplay '! I converted all friends and most of people whom I know ! The majority did not know the group ! And I also missed some lessons on the eve of my examinations to obtain places of concert !

But best it is to have replaced of numerous wink to ' Coldplay ' in my copies of the 'baccalaureat' in English !

Thanks to them I obtained the best note in English of all my schooling !

1. First related Coldplay memory?

Lying on my bed at summer schol in 2004, with my iPod mini on shuffle, when Yellow comes on. I've heard of Coldplay, I've heard the song, but I've never listened before. At the time I was seeing an incredible girl with purple hair. The following morning when I woke up I scribbled "And you were all purple" all over the pad I was using the previous day. ALL over it. And I got the chance to sing it to her on the last day :]

Having listened to VLV (song) 93 times between its becoming available on iTunes and the album leak.

Just generally knowing FAR to much about the band!
