it blows my mind that you can buy jeans for £3 anywhere. here, i doubt you'd be able to find jeans for any less than $10 anywhere at all, even really crappy jeans. i suppose that's just the crap american economy, buy you can barely find a freaking tshirt for $3, let alone pants.

 

i bought a simple pink tank top at target yesterday because it was cheap and for some reason i look the best in pink, yet today i tried it on, and it was too small :dozey:. really, someone my size should NOT be a large! i mean, come on. i bought a medium to be on the safe side, and it's too small? :P

 

It's the same for me, I usually have to buy a size bigger than I really am because they end up too small when I start wearing it, and I want to get the most out of the clothes. :lol: I am usually a two but sometimes have to buy a size 4 because err....the bust area is too tight for a size two...:uhoh:

went to a friend's birthday party yesterday.

i got all dolled up and put a lot of effort in my outfit (which i always do :P).

hahaha. of course, everyone else was very casual. but i don't mind. as long as i feel comfortable with what i wear, it's okay, i guess.

 

and now that you mentioned it, it those shoes do look as if zach condon would wear them.

in fact, i think he even owns a pair. i reckon i once saw him wearing them in a performance video. :thinking:

I already made my case, that I'm paying for it, I'm responsible, I've been to one of their concerts before, and that they mean so frickin' much to me...I think it's my dad. He's been an asshole lately. I'll try to convince them one more time tonight...and if it doesn't work then I suppose I'm not going.

It's thanks to China and other eastern countries who make clothes at cheap prices.

 

And sometimes the cheap jeans are better than the more expensive jeans

Thanks, Chavi. Yeah, my dad lately has been a jerk to me. Yelling at me for no reason...but I have to deal with it. As much as I love him, he's such an ass. It's unbelievable. Not just to me.

They go on sale at 10 AM tomorrow. I could buy them myself with my card, but I'll be at work. So the only way to get the seats I'd like on time is if my mom buys them for me from work.

It's so hard talking to my dad, though, because we're both 'stubborn' personalities and sometimes we just end up fighting. And the thing is that he never listens to what I have to say. He never gives me a chance to explain myself and just assumes EVERYTHING. Before I can explain something fully he CORRECTS me, and I don't even have a chance to say the same thing he is correcting me with. I think my parents just think I'm some stupid kid who thinks like everyone else so they have a reason to treat me like I don't know better...

 

I've always gotten along with my mom better, but she has a tendency to just agree with my dad just because.

 

EDIT: I REALLY hope that I don't sound like a whiny immature teenager right now...That's not what I'm trying to be at all. For now I'm taking it for what it is, but I won't give up just yet.

you can take the knitted sleeves off so there very wearable with long leather gloves which I plan to buy when i go to Rome in October...

I know it sounds like I plan to buy a lot of things but I'm saving up my money for all of that....

 

edit: I'm sure you're parents don't think that about you Annie.. I sorta had that relationship with my dad also bith stubborn but really my dad was just being over protective now that I live on my own our relation ship is way better

Luckily my mom would be able to look at the situation from a differnt perspective and talk some sense into the man...
