This is the sweater vest thing...It looks baggy and loose, but when worn it's actually form-fitting. And it looks long, but it really isn't. Just hits above the hips.

Weird, i bought one the other day for this group dance thing... we're all wearing black vests with black pants and a white collared tshirt underneath...
