Guuuuuys my new shoes came in the mail!

 

 

I love them and they were cheap! But the thing is...the heel is 3.5 inches tall. Which is fine for me, but I don't know if it's okay to wear to school. :\ Is it too slutty to wear that high of a heel to school?

Depends on what school you're going to and what everyone else wears. I wouldn't have worn high heels where I went to school but it seems perfectly ok to wear them to uni here.

Well, I go to a public high school where 99% of people wear very casual things. I've worn heels to school many times before, just never this high. So I don't know if I'm pushing the boundaries even FARTHER than I've already had! :lol:

Haha you probably shouldn't wear them to school then. It's weird how people actually got bullied for wearing heels/ dresses where I went to school.

par exemple, there's this gang of girls. they think they're popular, but i swear they're not (i'm not saying this because i am jealous). however, i caught two of them talking about my shoes the other day (annie, you might know them. the beige/black peeptoe booties...).

well, i couldn't be bothered to pay any attention to them regarding the fact that one of them wore shiny silver boots (what. was. she. thinking?!).

 

i don't know. i've heard that many people like what i wear and i guess most people talk about the clothes i wear because they're not brave enough to pull them off themselves.

so don't worry. and if you feel like wearing them one day - wear them!

People's comments did bother me for some reason. Girls seem to care so much more about clothing over here. People would give you strange looks on a night out if you wore what some girls here wear to go to uni/ work.

well, i got a weird relationship with girls in general.

since most of my friends are either guys or very tolerant girls, they don't care about what i wear at all.

 

but i sometimes do get intimidated. i get more intimidated by girls to be honest. i have a hard time making friends with girls and it goes that far that i do not even manage to look them in the eye. it's weird. i always think i'm saying something wrong or inappropriate. they're just difficult.

Yeah, there's that saying that women dress more for women than for men. Girls can get very carnal, and it can be scary sometimes.

True. Even though guys often do notice what you're wearing in my experience. They're just less judgemental...
